  1. Eh, why? Or do you mean that anything that Bioware does results in a lot of upset? I thought it would be cool in a ballsy way that I haven't seen in ages, if ever, in game design.
  2. Got the initial batch of blood work today, which is a negative on the pulmonary embolism indicator. Which is kind of nice, since I was 3/3 on the usual symptoms. So the good news is that I'm probably going to be alive to play saints row iv next week. Probably gonna get fiber optics showed everywhere in the near future, though.
  3. My theory of Hawke as an NPC gets it's first support in this article through having a bunch of pics of Hawke in an article on NPCs.
  4. Well, there's the EU which isn't about maintaining the status quo, it's about ****ing **** up.
  5. Probably not to what salvatore was during those days, but the last two efforts by him I read sucked hard vacuum.
  6. S'yeah, not getting it for a couple of more days due to some bs explanation about ps3 versions shipping late.
  7. Been sick as **** for a couple of days, list of the things the doctors suspect I might have include a pulmonary embolism or a couple of different cancers. Been in and out of labs for three days now. Everything takes its ****ing time here in the boondocks, including my saints row preorder which has been delayed long enough that I might not be alive to play it.
  8. A bad ending can make something seem worse than the sum of its parts. That's what happened to me with me3. I actually thought it was the worst offering. Gaider seems to be getting better from a technical standpoint, but the subject matter in Asunder bored me to death. Then again I'm not interested in the DA universe for the mage/chantry plot they're shoving down our throats now. Is David Gaider a better writer than R.A. Salvatore?Probably.
  9. Mmh, in theory salaried employees should get overtime (as in extra money) here, some do, I've never gotten it. Last place switched to a "controlled flexitime" right before I left, meaning tons of extra days off at the hours they kept...
  10. Heh, when they introduced actual "punching in" at the last place, I was able to take the Wednesday off on the first week due to accumulated overtime. :D
  11. You win this round, rodent. No really, fair point. Not really, since consoles. Not sure if I'm getting mine on Thursday (usual Nordic release date) or Friday (occasional EU release date being enforced even up here). Wubwub edition INCOMING.
  12. Because writing to a Finnish mp is going to have an impact on the abuse of uk terrorism laws?
  13. Try using the quote system froma smart phone. Now that takes effort.. I wouldn't even try it, ipad size is already painful enough. And not to veer too far off:
  14. Well, don't feel too bad LC, I also noticed that. Well, after noticing a few other things first.. but I did notice that.. Me too, I actually almost wrote about it, too. But been tablet-bound mostly and it really does limit one's posts. :D
  15. Who are the fasadists now?! I'll get my coat.
  16. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nepenthe I'm named after the precursor to Prozac. It's the drug to promote forgetfulness, drinking to forget part, and that habit's commonplaceness in the legal profession. Source claimed current avatar is Cairo, the Malinois who participated in the Bin Laden raid, but obviously is suspect. Liked the concept enough to use it, even if I'm on the prowl for a new one.
  17. I get the feeling that if the Dragon Age franchise continues on its going to turn into Highlander at some point'Cept in Highlander, it's all over if you head's separated from you neck
  18. Meant to post this yesterday, butvwas too much of a hassle on the tablet... Anyway, not cool and in a flash has proved so many fears true...
  19. Could you capture him and send him to London zoo? ~ NB: This is a plan with no drawbacks. I thought the courtroom was like those Ultimate Fighting thing cages, just with more words involved? Eh, there's having a good enjoyable scrap and then there's being a clueless douche. I probably would have been less annoyed had he been competent, but in addition to being a Richard, he also made basically all the bad/inexperienced lawyer mistakes he could, resulting in a total farce with him yelling there red-faced...
  20. Could you capture him and send him to London zoo? ~ NB: This is a plan with no drawbacks. I'd have to get disturbingly close to him or use intermediaries. Hmm, those two construction worker/bouncer types owe me for the thing with the guy...
  21. I thought you meant "press sneak ****s". Well, that was the first thing I could think that could get both gays and women in a tiffy. In my defence, I was on a train.
  22. Let's get back on track, ****suckers. Oh, wait...
  23. Had a case today with the douchebaggest most professional-courtesy-lacking lawyer of all time opposite me.
  24. I found DA2 combat bothersome because at earlier levels there isn't enough abilities to actually have a strategy and they don't mesh well with the companion's.So it's just like dao in that sense?
