You kill a metric ass ton of people and get a couple of decent weapons. Probably just a cut area they repurposed into a minor encounter, also shows that you've become rather impressively powerful when you can just kill an army. Also shows general reactions to Bhaalspawn, I guess.

My bar was completely full of both Paragorn and Renegade, more or less half-n-half and I had access to both of those choices and the That's strange, I was nearly full-on paragon and didn't get either of the choices.

I believe this has been confirmed as fixed in the first patch. I also pretty much agree with you on what the crucial problem with the ending is.

IIRC it's been long suspected that NSA took occasional looks into, say, Airbus tenders and passed that information onto Boeing. Might not be limited to China, at any rate. (Only read Gorth's post after that, yes, it's related to Echelon).
