TW2 better come out here tomorrow. I've just started the expansion content of Dragon Knight saga and it's fantastic. In the beginning you're kinda stuck in Aleroth, but pretty much every NPC has lots of dialogue, not to mention there are dozens of sidequests, some of which even influence the main quest or other sidequests without you knowing beforehand. Mindreading is also worth it almost every time, but at a very steep experience cost (but I maxed it out before ending Ego Draconis, hence it costs me 0 XP to mindread). There's also a couple of new tunes from Kirill Pokrovsky, which alone is reason enough to rush out to the stores and acquire the game.

The unknown Cryo adventure game Salammbo has the best fantasy art design of all time. As for RPGs, Morrowind's the best by far. I'm also quite fond of the Witcher & Drakensang, whose art styles are perfectly antipodal, i.e. grim & dreary vs whimsical & fairy-tale like.

I can't wait for TW2, even it means I'll have to juggle three games between TW2, River of Time & Dragon Knight Saga.

People forget that Morrowind came with a huge, very detailed map of the game world that included 90% of in-game locations. There's really no excuse for not finding a way from Seyda Neen to Balmora, even if you don't talk to the scout who gives you a scrap of paper with detailed directions. Not to mention, you can buy two scrolls of Almsivi Intervention that immediately teleport you to the temple in Balmora. Oh, and there's even a silt strider just outside town.

Not necessarily. After al many people still manage to praise FO:NV into high heaven while still calling FO3 a piece of crap... even though it's just FO3 with a few bells and whistles.

Two Worlds had instadeath spells as well, they were just all very high level and you had to combine a million magic cards for it to work. Pretty sure it's something like that again. Also, amusignly in FO:NV I one-hit-killed Legate Jackass with the Anti-materiel rifle.

Without XP, one might as well go play STALKER, which does both survival & shooting way better. And atmosphere. And AI.

After playing FO:NV, how you can even complain about animations... Two worlds rocks, and The Witcher 2 better has a similar combat system instead of all the QTE nonsense.

What's up with all these high INT characters? Really guyz, low INT is pretty fun. The few occasions you get dumb dialogue are really worth it.
