Remember when everyone was all about the "you can choose your dong size"? Now the first previews are out and nobody talks about it anymore. Hmmm.

After a million tries I've finally beat Father Gascoigne. Took the fight to the stairs and after grinding 2 vitality levelups, I was finally able to get through with it. Turns out I used him as a blood echo piggy bank, and once he was down, I got almost 18k blood echos. So I went right ahead and pumped everything into vitality. Will see how it goes from here.

Started getting back into Bloodborne a bit. Never really got into it before ... I really like the setting and all the stuff, but it's just such a damn hard game. Seriously, Dark Souls didn't gave me such amount of troubles. However, after sticking to it for the last 6 or so hours, with countless death screens, I finally managed to actually level up my character. Even beat the first boss. Wow. Now I slowly seem to be going somewhere. /edit: And now I am stuck at the next boss .... It's not that he is very tough, it's just that I keep getting stuck at the stupid gravestones. When I died in Dark Souls it was never because I felt the environment is against me ... but here it's just a constant struggle. This is so annoying.

Latest Mandalorian episode was quite cool. Generally feels like Mandalorian is probably the best thing happening to Star Wars in years. Even I like to watch it and usually I'm not big into Star Wars stuff, because it's always such a cliche and cheesy.

No surprise. Forum themes nowadays became so huge and you have to scroll a lot - most don't bother with it. Like, even Off-Topic is quite far away already. There was a time where you opened the forum frontpage and would see all the boards in one fine list. Now I have to scroll twice just to get to Off-Topic. Nah, I ain't got motivation enough to scroll further than that.

Sounds to me like they are making excuses to like it.

Amazon has announced that The Expanse season 6 will happen .... and it will be the last season. Now don't get me wrong, I'm really glad we have the chance to experience 3 more seasons after it had been canned by SyFy originally ... but it still sucks hard. Bezos has so much money, he could pay for 10 seasons and his bank account wouldn't even notice it. What a crap. /Edit: And Cas Anvar won't be in season 6 anymore. I guess this comes as no surprise. Kinda hope they will just kill him off-screen and don't try to recast the role for a single season... that would suck hard.

You know, one thing I never really understood - America has such a thing for going against dictators in other (primarily middle eastern, hurr durr) countries, but everytime I hear about what the american president is apparently able to do, I'm wondering if he isn't a dictator himself. Reminds me of when the world was all QQ about Erdogan getting himself more power, all the while the american president can just swing his duck around in whatever ways he likes and apparently nobody can do anything against it. Feels kinda hypocritical to me.

I mean, we all knew that not much is going to change. At this point, the only thing I'm hoping for is less daily Trump news (and it seems to be working out so far).

Finally got around to watch Dolemite Is My Name. Was pretty good I'd say.

I don't really see GTA in Cyberpunk. Just because you can drive around and stuff, doesn't mean it will be "like GTA" or something. Especially since R* games are always 110% on the rails and don't allow for any free decision-making. Just because there is a city and cars, doesn't mean ... yadda-yadda.

Apparently Trump is digging a trench at the white house. Anyone want to speculate? 😆

Heh, to be honest, I'm not really motivated anymore to buy it now. Would very likely have bought it day1 ... a year ago, though.

Yeh, I still remember all the drama about this. Germany had quite a few protests about it and you had to be very observant, because they just tried to push their garbage through the system under a new name. Very annoying.

Heh, I already stopped after episode 1 of season 2. Funny, because I kept watching other shows that became crap (like The Walking Dead), because they at least kept you engaged in some way. But Discovery and Picard felt just way too stupid.. or maybe it is because it hurts so much.

Devilman Crybaby was ... quite a thing. Didn't know exactly what to feel about it in the end. It certainly was not what I initially expected from it.

I never connected Cowboy Bebop with Firefly. Actually it's the first time now I even read about such a comparison. One-Punch Man was really good. I expected nothing from it, but it felt so fresh and new because it tries to subvert the genres. I don't regret spending the time on watching it.

Well, I'm going to marathon though The Expanse s4 again this weekend, so I dive right into s5 on monday. \o/ Weekly episode releases still suck, but I just know I won't be able to wait till next year, so whatever ...

Looks like we have a new weeb. I feel like many animes start out strong but then they just ... keep going ... even though they should probably stop. Reminds me of when I watched Death Note. Started really good, but then it somehow just went on and on and on and ugh... was happy when it finally ended. Probably could have skipped like 20 episodes in the middle and wouldn't have missed out on anything.

Sadly had some issues, so we probably won't see the 15km hop soon.

I didn't read up on it, but isn't the price difference because germany subsidized the development of the vaccine?

Didn't they wrote about updated mechanics (gamepad controls etc) somewhere? Of course if it's just graphic changes then it won't be worth looking into.
