Wow, the german translation.. it's ... it's so horrible. I just saw the test video from the GameStar. They translated proper names... "Jet" is now "Rocket" (Rakete), powder ganger are pulverbanditen, etc... it's so horrible. How can this **** even happen? Why nobody checks out how stuff was translated in the old games? God damn. I can't believe this bull****. Good that I will not play the german version. But still.. this lack of research... ew, I can rage about it all day long.

Most of the stuff was in Fallout 3. Not that it is less annoying now.. but it already has been in Fallout 3. So blaming NV for this now, but ignoring it in F3 back then, seems very idiotic to me.

When I was working on my Fallout 3 worldspaces stuff, I hated the nav mesh so much, it was enough hate for more than one lives. It was all possible hate that germans could bring up. Later I stopped working on it, because generating the LOD is such a pain in the arse and buggy and doesn't work under circumstances and it needs god damn hours until you see if it worked or if all is trash.

Well, if you have installed and activated it once, you can run Steam in offline mode and play the game.

You will have to activate it via Steam.

Really? It is pretty cheap for me. In total, it costs me even less than buying the CE in germany. I think, I now pay around 50 euro or so. In germany, as example from amazon, I would pay 70 euro (pc version).

I don't know. I didn't saw anything like that on the page when I ordered it. Not in the terms and conditions nor anywhere else. So let's hope it's really just temporary due to too many orders. Beside this, they haven't took money from my credit card yet, so either it was just the information that it will happen soon or I have no clue. Hope that more information will come soon.
