Easy to say, for sure (Adams' is annoying to read with the snark) but I'm not a fan of enforced politeness all that much. But as Gorgon stated, you'll be trying to make a place where people are both anonymous and relatively safe from any retribution to be a civil space. Rather uphill challenge, it'll probably happen eventually though.

It's a Rockstar game. Pretty much. Hard Reset is good mindless fun, I do have to laugh at the writing in the comic book cutscenes though, protagonist's words and cursing seem so out of place sometimes.

I try not to think about it, myself, might push me to suicide.

Decided to give Hard Reset a go, forgot I really suck at FPS games of this sort, but is nice to just blast stuff for a while. Also playing Civ 4, giving 5 a break, did play one map where the AI was a lot more aggressive than I recall - I guess they were all non-vanilla Civs and got some improvement to that. But about to unleash my SoDs on the Germans, huzzah.

Hardly Waffen SS style - most of them are still breathing. I doubt the US would have the most brutal police force in the world, anyway.

Well, didn't get much this sale. Bought Hard Reset, Hitman series, Runaway 3, Space Marine and Raven Shield and just got Saints Row 3. Friends have been talking that one up.

Well never knew rice was a method to dry out a wet cellphone, another thing for the useful knowledge file. Back to work tomorrow after a week off, not looking forward to the adjustment, heh.

Interesting bit about one of the dead, she narrowly missed being involved in a shootout at a mall here in Toronto a couple of weeks ago.

Dungeon Siege 3 for $5. Worth it ?

Finished a playthrough of CK2, went well as King of Bohemia, due to fluking out I ended up nabbing the Duchies of Saxony, Franconia and Brunswick - still not sure how that happened, I guess I married a Duchess somehow. Getting the hang of the game now though.

Pendulo pack is on a flash sale, lucky I spotted that this early, nabbed Runaway 3. Course I overpaid for 1 and 2 from GOG, but that's life. So far a pretty ho-hum sale for me.

Fourth from the right is cute. But I'm more for borderline-psychotic Slavic women. Today I have the day off. Naturally it's about 35 C outside, joy.

Didn't notice that NWN2 got pulled off Steam.

I think I'll gamble on Space Marine being fun.

Hm, might nab it. Not really burning to play it though, so maybe will wait for a lower price.

Twisted my neck or something earlier this week, luckily feels like a muscle pull - based on effect of heat and massaging - so just trying to rest my neck and heal up. Comes with a rather nice headache too, bleh. Have next week off work, and have no real plans other than playing DX:HR and/or Runaway 3, heh.
