Played some Space Empires IV, sadly the AI's fleets are gone or so it seems so I'm taking creative options for genocide (so blockade a planet, plague it or blow up the star in the system).

Clients at work give good comedy I suppose. They had an issue, the developer over there decided on his own to just bounce a server process that's unrelated to the actual issue, has a similar sounding name. Well ok, then an urgent issue comes in where users can't use functionality dependent on that same server. Then they ask us "How can we prevent this?" More than made up for the general suckiness of today.

Well, not really that sad to take a guarded stance to others. I do wonder how many own guns in the US for personal safety, collecting, or hunting or the idea they need to be able to partake in armed resistance. Can't imagine there's a lot of the latter.
