Lot of people commented they were expecting riot police, so batons, shields, etc, rather than cops pretending they are soldiers again with rifles drawn and tactical gear to confront...uh..people in the street. Nice to see the state police acting like cops though, makes the city cops look like asses, heh.

Well the bit I've played is ok, should play more. Gabriel's voice is...passable. Grace's as well. But the new narrator's voice ? Not good

Well, given her dramatic exit from Twitter, certainly seems hurtful and offensive. I've no party in this so I'm not really in a place to be hurt or offended by it, myself. Really, they deserve to get their faces kicked in for that ? Amusing. But true that there's no direct accountability for what one says. Even so, is a nice feature of the Internet and I hope it stays. Good release valve and all, for the most part.

Yeah they're doing that as everyone is stamping their feet and acting as if this is an atrocity, heh, so Twitter has to maintain good PR with this. Funny how people are. And you were mentioning 'offensive' and 'hurtful' things.
-
Be wary of anyone that describes themselves as anything-ist.
-
Well, thankfully you don't have authority, then. While words on a screen can be harsh, the metric of "offensive" and "hurtful" isn't reliable as some people get bent out of shape over anything. That's if it's just a comment, if it's some sort of organized campaign that is a bit different.

Not following that - you want people banned for not matching some nebulous definition of human behavior so that people don't get upset ? Expected as much though, gate lets in the jackals as well as desirables, sadly.

We should all worship a xenocidal, immobile, megalomaniac and serve him unquestioningly to the point of death. *nod*

Or those who pirate, though I guess they will figure out how to crack the keep too. Well this Keep application will probably generate a file somehow, so who knows. An interesting idea, even if it seems more stick than carrot to make it popular

If they'd used less missile and bombs, don't think there'd be much outrage. Hard to think those would be needed militarily anyway, what with the enemy being infantry.

Trying to figure out how early to leave today, usually take the birthday off but...it's Wednesday, just annoying. And hey, not like I do work anyway

Well, he was killed by himself, technically - but yes "killed by feminism" is quite ridiculous. At least he decided to kill himself by himself, rather than making someone else do it like subway jumpers or people throwing themselves in front of buses (not really fair to mess up others).
-
Well, I can, maybe you can also give some basis for carrying on about 'men's rights' that I never mentioned. People with illnesses, they need assistance in things other than fighting discrimination against them.
-
You do know people need 'advocacy' (great now I sound like a Humanities major) without being discriminated against ? Frankly, one wonders listening to some feminists if equality is the actual goal, rather than advantage - easiest example is the view on the draft for some. Usual things about the slippery fish that is ideology.
-
-
Hard to pin it down but I still have the sense it is advocacy for one side rather than some lofty idea of both improving.

Ahh good, this thread is going places.

Yes, the untermensch are indeed tiresome. Today has been funny, client raises issue...2 mins later, client fixes issue. PEBKAC bugs abound!

Well, your post made me chuckle with the whole "Those guys over there are bad" tone and thinking of the other side being able to claim likewise. Usual comedy of state interactions, and all. Russia's play over the last year ? Not seeing it as a good thing, given the fuss it fanned up. Ideally, the referendum would have been nice and honest and then it could be settled either way, but too much to hope for.

Indeed, only one sphere of influence allowed, and that's The Right One.
