It's interesting to note the Humvee is using an HMG the Ukrainians will have experience with and the ammo for, really. Also a Humvee can take rifle rounds.
Not really, he almost seems like the stereotype of a soldier that likes killing. Did like his quote that he won't be "treated like a conscript", heh
Useful and all, but I am not going to care all that much if he dies.
Yah, would be too convenient if he did get waxed. Although, honestly, no great loss if he did, either to the war effort or otherwise, looking at some interviews he gave in past - kept a casing from his killing of an Afghan, for example.
Will have to double check, but recall them not having systems posing much of a threat, after war, sanctions and the NFZs.
Russia banned Facebook and Instagram, so hey, can't say they are all that bad.
Yep, is regarding the timeline. But mostly was thinking about the equipment, the US wasn't up against as recent air defenses, nor facing AT weaponry or drones (as they weren't a thing back then). Is interesting thought experiment to see how the US would have handled this, I'm sure I can find some MIC wanker doing so in a couple months
Not really sure why the experts thought that, given the arms given and cities being what they are to capture. I do see a lot of talking heads referencing Iraq, but not sure what value is in that comparison.
Galeev has interesting tweets. One funny thing, every time I read someone saying the VDV are inept or what have you, their source is always him, hah.
At least no youkols, so far. Last game I was getting pissed off with them shuffling around while the White Saviour did her thing.
I'm spending more time trying to satisfy the secondary objectives than actually solving the puzzles, more fool me I guess.
