  1. I like the idea of a lash. It could help drive bugs to either traps or corrals for taming. Though peta might have a problem with it
  2. Slightly off but right now the best trap to uses is to rapid toss grass and clover. Mobs and yourself can activate a physics bug. I sent a wolf spider to the pagoda doing this. Trying to figure out a way for traveling doing this but you take massive dam even with dare devil perk
  3. Thats a feature. Don't want to have to respawn due to monoxide or gas leak.........bill doubletree may not be there to pull you out. Yeah that needs to be fixed along with dew drops not spawning unless you sleep
  4. Add clawed weapons for improved grip. Though some surfaces would be unclimbable like the bricks, glass, plastics and metal.
  5. I am pretty sure this would be more beneficial to players than the glider slot. For most of the time I am on the ground or post hedge on Zipline. Certain items seem like they are poor armors. I suggest categorizing the gas mask, gill tube, eyepatch, aphid shoes and fin flops as accessories. These items are many used for passives and not defense. The glider slot currently has such a low utility unless you blade hopping that it feels unnecessary for most of the game especially in the pond and haze region
  6. I really like the totem idea. Ant head totem should disrupt ant patterns. Even aphid totem would be nice to keep those little green guys from kamikaze my spike strips. Maybe they will make a citronella candle to place in your base. Find a big one on the picnic table and mine globs for citronella wax
  7. They gonna have to fix stack issues first. Bad enough that it will create stacks of negative items when putting material in on multiplayer
  8. Since they are planing on doing weather updates let's get in on that before hand. Let's have mod slots on armor and weapons that can benefit the player and take advantage of the weather. Suggestions Bracing: take lest impact damage(ladybug tackle fall). Warm: stuff your armour with fluff to stay warm during snow/heavy rain. Thorn:be prickly like a thistle flower Lighten: reduce heat build up from hot days For the weapons Venomed: see how Wolfie likes it Honed: increases damage value Spiked: improved penetration value Sighted: adds a sight to your bow
  9. If anything it's underpowered. I mean there are fairly easy ways to achieve it but without it your are taking away the accessibility of the game for players who might not be the skill level of an elite naked dark souls braglord. Games are meant to be fun. Raising the difficulty for the elite few is a bad choice. If anything raise perk effects for mild then tier them down for each increase in difficulty. That way the news do not feel alienated and the hard cores have a feeling of accomplishment
  10. Ha find a set of Lego kinex and your set. Fear my mechanical space bug with pew pew launchers. Not making fun but think of the possibilities of the toybox especially if you got into the house.
  11. I would recommend a ranching set. In this set there are bps for ranch fence which is two long stems with thistle reinforcement. A swinging gate which allows mobs inwards. A trough for food items. A water basin for drinking. A the other part for the chip would be for feed. Like combine aphid and honeydew in the grinder to receive ladybug chow. Put in weevil and honeydew for ant chow. Honeydew and spoiled meat for stinkbug chow. Berry chunk and honeydew for blister chow. You can raise and store your mounts in the paddocks as well as receive resources. Aphids of course produce honeydew. Ants produce acid. Stinkbugs, bombardier beetles, and ladybugs would produce parts from molting.

  12. We should be able to pick up our pets. This way we can make a little kennel using their house. An they still in around it. Also have a feeder where we can deposit food for them. I am having two issues that I think this would fix. One my pets fall through the map. If the house was used as a true home this would prevent not being able to locate the pet. My pets are refusing to eat their food. I feed my aphids an exclusive diet of clover slurry and give it a fashionable hat. Yet it refuses to eat and falls through the map where it cannot eat. Also the dreaded sky koi swoops down from time to time randomly scarfing one down. That's another issue though.
  13. Since they are among the highest intelligence amount spiders they might be pets
  14. Was gonna call bull but a skeeter just chased me from hedge to the pond juice box. Why are they even hostile. Males drink nectar and you are to small for them to get a meal from. I mean I supposed they could act like the brain bug from starship troopers but eww.
  15. Concidering crickets are meat eaters. Yes the cannibalize each other if protein is not available and mole crickets often eat other insects eggs. You might want to avoid the chirps. Now just imagine if they added a weta that eats carrots like a rabbit https://www.wired.com/2015/06/absurd-creature-of-the-week-weta/
  16. Hmm. The only differing design elements are the glasses style shifting from round to aviator which would have been popular at the time of the game. As far as the coloration it's an acceptable translation of the concept. The flat form tends to have higher saturation levels than the 3d because of atmospheric effects. If the same color intensity was there he would be out of place in the game world where most colors are muted. He is too young for acne and they did subdue his freckles. I just don't see what they could do other than making him wear Crocs and socks
  17. Some spring jack heels. Actually on the sides of the legs lashed using spider silk and bug rubber. Would it have a sparkle version though and what effect. Hmm maybe for grasshopper body have your idea of a glider adjunct for it so you have a propulsion while gliding kinda like grass hoppers do when they jump. Dunno about helm though. Maybe a crash helmet Suit bonus is you automatically restore health and hunger while choping grass
  18. Love the idea. I say take a note from ark about baby animals. You have to raise a animal from egg to adult to get a mount. Suggestions Bee grubs must be raised in a nursery that looks like a crib combined with a honeycomb. Feed it nectar and pollen. When grown it can carry you in a basket from one point to another. These would be predetermined. Also the baskets can be loaded with grass or stems. Ladybug larvae. The are active hunters. You take them hunting for aphids. They grow through their Ishtar's until it's a full ladybug. Ladybugs have limited flight tied to a stamina bar. Your extra weight limits height they can reach. Ants: you raise them up in an ant crib and feed them bug slurry. When full grown they are either soldier or worker. Soldiers not ridable but are good guard dogs. Worker ants will pull a sleigh like a husky(dog) the sled can be loaded with grass stems and has a basket for loot. Ant cannot escape if attacked in this so you have to guard your little buddy. Spiders: egg as a rare cocoon drop. Gives you a harvestman (not a spider I know. This grows into the biggest mob besides the koi and crow. You ride in a basket on its belly that you can aim out of. Most mobs ignore you with the exception of bees and mosquitos which will track you if fired upon. This gives you a peaceful ride
  19. Sandbox: yes good idea. Flea: no sandfleas are different from the fleas your thinking of and picture of what they do to a human is completely gonna break the forums rules (think if the chest buster from always lived in your feet making it look like a lotus pod) Flea armor: yes while I don't like the mob a higher jumping armor sounds like a great transversal item. Antlions: missed the mark. Antlions dig pits. If your paying attention it's harmless if a Wolfie is chasing you and you tumble in then it's bad. They should be a beefed up larvae. Sand wasp. No. Go with regular wasp or guinea wasp. Those guys should show up in all biomes. Limiting the location is a miss. Wasp armor: no point why make a dandelion armor when the dandelion exist. Wasp should give a venom perk that strengthens venom or an intimidation which makes scrub enemies passive(no more mites knocking your stems out of your hands) Ant queen: ant queens don't fly. Everything else sounds good Roll poly: don't hate it but I feel the character should roll up when sprinting or if a special shield is in your off hand while pressing block. If sprint rolling is used you get to move at the crouching height but at sprint speed. If it's to block I recommend that causes you to ball up but you become immobile. This puts you on a disengage mode. Where that after so long the enemies will no longer attack you until they leave the area. The armor is strong but will take massive damage to it's durability depending on enemy. Wolf spiders can force you out of turtle mode. But heck over all great ideas especially like the ideas of upgraded fencing sword and ant weapon(needs to be an ax or hammer though)
  20. What do you mean its too long. There are 2 safe areas then it recharges again after rockwell. When I did a peaceful run I made it to ram and only had to do one speech check. You are taking the shorter paths that require lock picks and hacking
