  1. Torment did it almost 10 years ago. Good to see the feature back.
  2. Will it have katana-wielding Asians with haircuts that defy laws of phyiscs as a playable side?
  3. Last time I checked this thread wasn't called "The official TG fan club: No criticism allowed".
  4. Governmental agents: now coming equipped with Detect Faction spell! I hope that this disadvantage doesn't apply to situations where said agents have no way of knowing Sandler's affiliations.
  5. Who cares about what morons say? Gizkas aren't getting any money from this, it's not like there are sales to be lost.
  6. I fail to see how having immortal children is in good taste. Why is a child's life more valuable than the life of an adult? I just don't get it. There is something very hypocritic about a game that has a perk like Bloody Mess and allows you to detonate nukes, but at the same time labels killing the little ones as an unforgivable crime.
  7. Fact: Darkwing Duck for NES is the best game of all time.
  8. What was Bethesda afraid of when they decided to tone down the controversial themes? Pathologic was rated 16+ in Europe a couple of years ago. You could kill children there. In fact, if you got infected, you were all but forced to kill children because they often had medicine on them. Yeah, and one of the playable characters was all about killing people and studying their intestines. Curing plagues is teh hard.
  9. Which gets annoying in about an hour. The game really lacks an option to turn Kool Slo Mo Effectz off.
  10. "Taktarov" makes no sense. "Traktorov" would fit a character like this much better. It's LK, not LU.
  11. You mean good cut scene direction? Sure, I'm all for that. And I happen to think that 3rd person perspective gives designers a lot more freedom with that. Makes it easier to take certain shots, you know. The confrontation with the Jedi Masters on Dantooine wouldn't look half as good as it does if it was in first person.
  12. Obsdian's strength is non-linear storytelling that acknowledges player's choices, which is pretty much the exact opposite of da c1n3matic eXper1ence. Third person FTW, I say; I like games that don't shy away from the fact that they are games.
  13. http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=48 http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=41 And people wonder why I don't take modders seriously.
  14. Wow, art direction got a lot better.
  15. Beguiler. /thread
  16. Please, no. The Temple of Respawning Asians in Bloodlines almost drove me insane.
  17. In other news, a LucasArts representative told us that "adventure games are a rare sight these days".
  18. I was agreeing with the guy until I read this:
  19. Hei guyz, buy Tactics, and we'll use your money to develop Fallout 3. ... Hei guyz, buy Brotherhood of Steel, and we'll use your money to develop Fallout 3. Realz this time. ... Sorry guyz, but Fallout 3 is too risky. We'll cancel it and spend the money on Dark Alliance 2 instead. Lulz!
  20. H replied to samm's topic in Computer and Console
Of course it didn't, don't listen to nostalgistic fools who claim otherwise. Fallout had ASCII graphics and PC speaker sound effects.
  21. Scoundrel/Sentinel, single hilt. Stasis Field does wonders if you have Sneak Attack.
