  1. Second Ex Dungeon superboss defeated. Two-winged Gabriel Celeste. The fight looked pretty easy and straightforward, but around 20-30% of HP, he started to use super AoE, which have few times almost wiped out my whole party. 4 times only one character survived Thankfully, I had prepared 5 Resurrection Mists from Synthesis for this fight alone, but my oh my, only one left at the end of battle. I will have to prepare up to 20 for next superboss and I have to level up a lot my party as well. I have also finished 100% of quests again, and I will be slowly getting to 100% bestiary, I will need to defeat 5 more superbosses for that. The hardest Trophy will be the collection of 100% items, because I am unlucky with Orichalcum and Moonstone drops
  2. I would not be so sure about this. This is not the first case, and in one going about 4 billions USD to UA oil company from Crimea, even Lavrov was very reluctant on not complying with that court order And from the orders like this, it seems like, if the losing side is not willing to pay, the winning side can enforce the sale of losers assets in other countries as well, and they have to comply. https://www.pravda.com.ua/eng/news/2023/06/23/7408149/ And there is another fat arbitration against Russia going on again (not connected to UA). https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2023-11-01/russia-must-face-60-billion-uk-trial-over-yukos-oil-arbitration-award#xj4y7vzkg
  3. More Star Ocean 5. I was able to defeat the boss of the first floor (Daril) in Ex Dungeon for the first time ever. I was not able to defeat him in my first playthrough, as I did not knew much about Synthesis and Augmentation. This time, I have prepared some good armour for that fight, and I have finally defeated him, even though I have completely forgot to exchange sucky sword o one of my characters, which I am using for low level farming He was pretty big pain in the ass, as he had one ultra powerful AoE attack, same as a Limit attack of the main character, but he could use it at random. And he used it few times as hit first attack, which instantly wiped out my whole party I spent more than a hour to find a working strategy how to survive him, but I had a lot of fun. Unlike when I was trying to synthesize Metal Pipe for 45 minutes of reloading Two more floors in Ex Dungeon to go to reach the Ethereal Queen for the first time On the second floor, I have finally found enemies for easier XP farming, so it will be a little bit easier from now on to move forward I still need to get some more recipes for crafting better gear, but I am slowly getting there
  4. New DLC for Underrail has just been released, and it is pretty cheap https://www.gog.com/game/underrail_heavy_duty
  5. Official reaction to the Time article by the UA government… https://www.pravda.com.ua/eng/news/2023/10/31/7426576/ Although it showed a very interesting thing here. If US “anonymous” sources give “interview”, some people are all over the board, how untrustworthy they are. When UA “anonymous” sources gave “interview” for this article, no similar reaction around here for some reason
  6. More SO 5. I have started to create some powerful armour through Synthesis and Augmentation. And started to unlock secret items through Synthesis as well. Crafting armour is pretty fine and fast, although it needs some save scumming. But the Synthesis mechanics is creation of Hell… Some recipes are easy to create, but today, I’ve spent 40+ minutes to create one specific secret item, without success… So despite defeating 3 out of 5 entry level superbosses in Ex Dungeon, I feel very bad taste in my mouth now… Le sigh…
  7. According to Visegrad news, Yemen declared war on Israel, and already shoot a missile at them. Which hit Jordan.
  8. The tension rises as never before, not only in Ukraine... Israel fights Hamas. The Myanmar junta collapses across northern Shan state. The RSF is attacking with the help of Wagnerites in Sudan. Eastern Syria is ready to explode. Tuareg rebels take more ground in northern Mali, the GNU & LNA are moving in Libya. Then there is conquest of Nagorno-Karabakh, one new separatist group in Ethiopia after another, and there is rumoured military buildup on the Venezuela-Guyana border. And of course Yemen... Have I forgotten something? When was the last time, when there were so many conflicts around the globe at the same time? This will not end well, if Europe will hesitate to prepare better for the possible war, which Russia started on our soil by spreading disinformation as a part of their Hybrid Warfare against the Europe more than a decade ago...
  9. I have entered the post game content of the Star Ocean 5 for teh first time in current playthrough. The funny thing is, that you can unlock it, without beating the final boss all you need to do is to reach the last savepoint before final battle, and you automatically get into chapter 13 and unlock the post-game content. This allowed me to go little bit further with the equipment craftng for the trophy, as I was able to get some of the impossible to get items from the Ex Dungeon. I am over level 100 already, but I feel how much harder the game is on Universe difficulty compared to Galaxy. We’ll see how far I will be able to go into the Maze.
  10. Oh, and Horror Adventure - The Whisperrer is up for grabs as well. For 48 hours. https://www.gog.com/game/the_whisperer?source=news
  11. God of War and Uncharted collection is comming to GOG
  12. I have to do that some day as well. Shortly after I have purchased it on a release day, I played it a lot, but at some point, I just ended up playing Pazaak all day long, and then some new games have been released, so I’ve never actually finished it
  13. Anyone here has some experience (positive or negative) with ATOM RPG and the standalone expansion Trudograd?
  14. Report from Avdiyivka frontline, Dmitri has in other tweet also a link to the source (if younknow Russian language). Interesting is, that it’s circulating on Russian telegrams a lot, also another interesting thing is a news, that UA destroyed troops deep in Donbas which were meant to reinforce the meat grinder, which was not reported so far by UA side.
  15. We’ll see in a month or so, if RU can sustain the self-inflicted destruction of their troops, and UA the number of shells shot at them. From what I have seen, IMHO there is a very high chance that Avdiyivka will fall, but the cost is beyond irrational, and if UA could hold long enough with favourable casualties, this could weaken RU army as much as banging their heads against the Kyiv and they might lose some territory again. But as she said, I am worried about the possible stockpiling of crusie missiles for the winter as well. But as always, they will probably shoot only at civilian targets, so UA troops should be safe.
  16. First estimates of body counts during RU Avdiyivka cluster**** are out. No wonder, the UA love their bottlenecks so much By new UA Minister of Defense: https://www.pravda.com.ua/eng/news/2023/10/28/7426140/ And by UK Ministry of Defence.
  17. OMG, man ends up longer at budiness trip, and someone already ninjaed his job!
  18. Well, "we" is correct in the context of Lithuania being part of EU, and as such EU made a promise, which is so far not fulfilled, mainly due to the Orban's obstructions And Lithuania together with other Baltic states made one of the biggest donations to UA in connection to countries GDP. So they fully deserve the pass, when criticizing others
  19. Yeah Avdiivka, if Russia has enough meat to grind, will probably fall in week or two. Still Ukraine, with such terrible Russian losses during this offensive, has already achieved victory in this particular battle. And it will become even worse as they will have less "iron" to cover their troops. This is one more assessment from the front, from yesterday evening, before the situation has worsened according to Butusov.
  20. Well. I would agree about this assessment of yours, if Russia had unlimited personel. Which is not true. Currently Ukraine has more troops than Russia can possibly raise, as Putin is affraid to call for total mobilization, as it would made much bigger stain on his “election” as few hundred thousand corpses from Russian colonial provinces no one gives a crap about at home The other reason why I cannot fully agree with your assessment is that Russia helps tremendously to Ukrainians with their “brilliant” tactics, all we need to do is look at all the Russian “glorious offensives at Kyiv, Bilohorovka, Vuhledar and currently at Avdiyivka (etc.). All Ukraine needs to do, is to set their artillery at fixed points and load it as fast as possible as Russia is sending one meat battalion after another. And now Ukraine has cluster bombs which makes their job even easier. As Elerond said, Afghanistan won the war of attrition against Soviet Union, which ended up in collapse of Soviet Union, and Ukraine is playing out for them even worse in that regard. War of attrition is not won i. Two years though… So unfortunatelly for Ukraine, this will be very painful for them as well, but… I recommned you these videos as well for your research on the matter, which analyzes the attrtional warfare:
