You used God-mode didn't you. I had to at certain points when my comp lagged too much to even bother trying otherwise. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I didn't use any cheats with the toreador character.

Well, I didn't get to far but eventually I wanted to be able to change into a panther as well and just have three panthers going around and tearing people apart.

One character build I did was a Druid/Wizard. Had two panthers.

ANYHOO! The last play through was with a Toreador which was a very successful character. Celerity 5 rocks. Especially in the Kill Bill wannabe scene in Chinatown. The bullets fly with a ripple effect and I was just chopping away with the katana. Everyone died, messily. Oh, I did kill that damn werewolf. Sheesh. Werewolf dead, lets move on.

Were the familiars in NWN 1 overpowered? Yep. Should familars be able to attack? Yep. If they just followed the rules of the game of familiars from the beginning we wouldn't be having this discussion.

Then laugh already. Have it and savor it. yes, I couldn't get past the werewolf. I suck. laugh all you want.

I am. The issues you are discussing are petty at best. One death, a hundred deaths, 10,000 deaths, 1 million deaths out of how many billions of individuals do we have have? Our species are in no danger of becoming extinct. So such things are trivial. Tragic in one tiny area, but trivial in the larger scheme of things. Your arguments of who kidnapped who, who totured who, who killed who, again fairly petty because that is simple human nature being played out. You have a better chance to stop the sun rising in the morning than changing the bulk of humanity from our core nature.

In combat there is a degree in which the enemy is killable in more ways than just one. I sucked in this one instance. I admit it. You are superior. What more do you want from me? Sheesh.

Why? Its the truth. As mankind spread across this lttle mudball of ours we have grown to be a species that have absolutely no problem killing each other over petty concerns. How stupid is that?

Hey, I can only relate my experience to the game If your experience is different then so be it. That is your experience and not mine. All I know is that the dozen or so times I tried to run fromthe werewolf with my Malkavian I die. Died over and over and over again.

If you wipe out all life on the planet you would have peace. I mean just take a look at the moon. No life there. Very peaceful as well. At least til man went there. Silly humans. Bring discord and misery where ever we go.

I still think they need to make it more like the PnP game. Have both Wound and Vitality. Use of Force skills instead of using a feat style progression. That sort of thing.

Then how about this then make the console and the PC version identical except for the GUI. Let the PC GUI make use what I suggested above and the console version uses a more console specific GUI. Trying to make one that works for both is what we got wit hthe first two and it sucked, for both console and computer. Yes, I have both games for both platforms. Don't ask. If they can make console specific GUI then a PC specific GUI we wouldn't have the problems with the GUI as much.

What they need to do is basically break combat down like they did for Neverwinter Nights and Neverwinter Nights 2. Have a set of 36 hot keys using the function keys (with Control and Shift to access all 36) which the player can assign force powers, weapons, usuable items, and so forth. Also have the party of characters increas to 4 to 5 instead of just 3, and let the player have BG style control over them. Mind you by doing this you make the game solely for the PC unless the X-Box 360 gets a keyboard and mouse, which is fine by me.

I wish we were dumping ours. What the US eeds is a complete revamping of the political structure. Remove both the Republicans and democrats from office and bring in totally new and fresh people to the mix.

Just as long as our characters are not godlike at the end 30 hours is fine. I mean 60 was bad enough with NWN 1. With the expansions after 40 hours of gaming I was beyond godlike.

I disagree. Morrowind played like every single MMORPG I have played yet only one player. Single player MMORPG. Obsidian has people who were actually making Fallout 3, Project Van Buren, before Interplay went under and what was released was damn impressive. Moreso than anything Bethesda could do.
