  1. Uh what? I don't really care, I'm not going to watch any streams, but what's with the favoritism? I don't know for sure, but Cohh did full playthrough of POE1 and finished today, and he was only streamer with significant viewership (8-14k viewers) who played poe1 at that time. Obsidian wached him and was in chat couple times. maybe it have something with it.
  2. First hour he will check all classes and read all abilites, i think it could be useful to know what tier 8 and 9 abilities for each class will be.
  3. i don't know for sure, but i assume it will be like with first game. if you have anything from this package price will be lower. so, yes? https://store.steampowered.com/sub/220633/
  4. I belive you could compare your laptop with minimal sr in Steam.
  5. I hope it's two handed sword. wanna wear her myself.
  6. on 8th i won't. because it will be 9th in my time zone on release. Hopefully.
  7. i can't tell for sure. but Druid Shifter works fine with monk. beast form generate wounds and can use monks abilities. But to compare multiclasss vs singleclass we need to know high end abilities first, it can change everything.
  8. we don't know for sure. but poe1 have Definitive edition as package with all DLC, and if you have somethign from this package, package cost less. i'd assume 'obsidian' edition will be same way. https://store.steampowered.com/sub/220633/ but it's only in steam, GOG don't have such thing. at least i don't aware about it. But no official info about it right now.
  9. actually if you buy in GOG untill may 15th, you will get free copy of Wasteland 2. https://www.gog.com/game/pillars_of_eternity_ii_deadfire
  10. Thank you, on wiki corpse eating ability don't have 'cast' time, i thought it instant or very fast. If it's very long prossess so, yea... useless ability then. Am i understand it right, Confusion should be applied by enemies to force Berserker deal aoe damage to allies or it's self-permanent debuff for this sub-class? some races have resistances to afflictions, it might help with confusion. Maybe will play safe and won't choose sub-class for Barbarian.
  11. First of all, i never played first POE, only wached a little bit. In POE2 i wanna start as Corpse Eater / Soul Blade with two handed weapon. And my struggle is how i will spend started points for Attributes. i like Might for damage and fortitude, Intelligence for bigger aoe from Barbarian's passive and most importantly to use Int in dialogues, and Perceptions for accuracy and also for non-combat uses in dialogues. But i don't know if i can divide points between them and don't get in situation where i will bad at each of them. Or i should stick to 2 attributes to use their full potential in dialogues? and will my decision to ignore constitution make my character squishy? For Skills, i think get full in mechanics to be able to open chests and disarm traps without changing character each time. i think, alchemy, explosions and sleight of hand are useful and fun skills too, but i think they will be fine for companions. And for the last, passive skills all looks very good, but i don't know how many of them i can take without straggling in all of them. also, i heared in first game to find hidden items you needed mechanics and scout/stealth mode, is this same in 2nd game? I know, we don't have all information right now to be sure for sure, but if your expirience from poe1 or baker beta can assume how many attributes and skills i can take without straggleing in each of them, i'd like to hear your oppinion on this. p.s i will not play on POTD, so a little lack of combat min/maxing for my character i can compensate with OP companions. thanks for your attention.
  12. i never was annoyed by repeated lines (maybe i was, but can't remember any of it). and i think best example of repeateble voice lines is ANY RTS, where units repeat same line over and over and over again with each click. It didn't annoy me at all, was you annoyed by it?. and i doubt any RPG will have same level of repetition as RTS, so... was full voice over are mistake? I'd say no, it was best kind of decision. Maybe it's just me, but when all characters are voiced, it immerse me better, then when voiced only main characters, and other characters sounds the same in my head.
  13. i haven't played first game, because it wasn't voiced. and VO is one of main reasons i will buy Deadfire. Don't know how annoying repeatable lines in this game, but in Original sin 1-2 it was just fine, some of them even a meme now.
