  2. The same problem is with user-named islands (and your ships' names). When switching to English version, their names disappear. Also, there are some other bugs with switching Russian version to English because of the fact that apparently used font doesn't support cyrillic. 1) playing English version you cannot use cyrillic letters to name an island - they aren't typed in the dialog window. 2) in Party Management window you don't see neither names (obviously, wrote before about this), nor classes of companions who were left out when Russian was used. On screenshots: (left) I started this play with English version and Tekehu is now with me - you can read his class (not his name). (right) Rekke was left "in storage" after recruitment, when I played in Russian - you can read neither his name nor class
  3. I believe, what you are asking is already there. For some reason I coudn't find these options before starting a game, but after it you can find them under Options - Difficulty. It looks like you need to uncheck "Show Qualifiers", "Show Personality/Reputation", and maybe "Show Unqualified Interactions"

  6. I also have the same problem. I play Russian version, so I took screenshots and translated races stated for the sailors. Later I started game in English and saw that it displays races correctly, but after switching back to Russian races stayed in English Turned out, it didn't cure the mix up. In different port it showed wrong races written in English in Russian version. Image that didn't fit in attachments I believe, this started after the patch.
  7. I'm not sure if this is intended, but you can get there through a cave in Crookspur's dungeon.
  8. I can confirm these. Save for reproducing the 1st one just in case. In the same save there is also mess with pet buffs - Maia has 3 of them active (1 from the current pet and 2 from previous ones). At the same time only picture from the very first pet (pre-order bird) is displayed for all party members, other buffs can be found in character sheet.
  9. I also encountered this problem with Tekehu. I also tried summoning flame sword from a scroll and it didn't help either. Here is the save with the skull stuck in case it may help.

  11. Looks interesting. Although, I received single class Stalker and I have no idea who that is I understand, you write subclass only name if it is rolled instead of pure class? Would be more convenient (for me, I mean) if it would write class and subclass in the brackets in this case.
  12. I haven't found such thing, although I thought there should be a way when Berath asked me if everything was correct after importing my save file.
  13. I have exactly the same problem. If I have Maia in my party, I even don't hear what Castol offers when she says she will leave me. In this case I can say she's too dear to me and refuse the quest (not even knowing what all this is about). This will lead to opinion hit with VTC and all their quests failing. If I don't have her, Castol give me the quest and I cannot decline it even with outright refusal. Another problem here - I came to complete quest "Of Like Minds", but Castol ignores it and immediately talks about RDC. (The same problem I have with the queen ignoring Fruitful Alliance). Apparently, they broke because of me visiting Magran's Teeth. My save before talking to Castol in an attempt to hand him the quest.
  14. Maybe, it means that Eder soul was strengthened because of your choice, since he is from Dyrwood?
  15. The same for me, except wahaki agreed to ally. The issue is the queen doesn't have an option to report to her. I went to Magran's Teeth before this, and then she thanked me for dealing with wahaki peacefully, although at that moment I'd never seen them. My save file Would be good to know timeframe for a fix.
  16. Would be great to have an optimization goal for ability which would let wizards use AoE spells and not hurt allies. Something like - priority: min allies, max targets. For now I had to remove Chill Fog and such spells from AI behaviour just to stop my wizard from blinding party in every battle
  17. I have both games on gog, but no sign of this dlc anywhere - neither in store nor in my downloads - so I'm unsure if it's available
  18. I could control wyrms summoned by the chanter, but couldn't control animat from a figurine. It was a wasted call even - since the monster was charmed the whole time, animat just stand there doing nothing.

True, but you still have to fight the guard and his group on the other side of the wharf, which gives you the same -3 on Principi reputation, even when you choose the [Leave] dialogue option, since you are past the safe zone when you hit the pier from the right. I tried it multiple times... besides, you still only have the option to use the Delver's Row elevator out of there, which automatically sets off the thugs on top to attack you, since you are - once again - past the zone where they just talk to you. I even got the leader of the thugs to talk to me by initiating dialogue manually fast enough, but his friends still attacked my group... As I said, it should be scripted like fort Deadlight, where you are simply ejected from the restricted area if you choose to not attack the guy that spots you, otherwise you are roped into combat (and therefore a hefty reputation loss) no matter what. Not that I'm arguing - I also found this decision strange - but you can find a way out peacefully. If you use the rope to get to the west part, you will meet the guard who will usher you to their leader (teleport, really). When the talking is done you can roam freely and take a boat to Queen's Berth. If this chain has some requirement - sorry, I didn't know this. It's the way I took to get out of the old city.
  20. Maybe, having low health at the end of combat could result in an injury? Fatigue would be thematic.

  23. I play Russian version of the game, so companions are generated with names written with cyrillic (which is logical, of course). But when I switched to English to made screenshots for the forum I noticed that their names disappeared. Probably because this font doesn't support cyrillic.
  24. Wormerine, I wouldn't consider this a bug, but I definitely remember this feature in a video from devs about Deadfire. Maybe, they changed it later, though?
