Teaching people their limits and them learning them is an important part of all social interactions. The only thing you can reasonable do is just take it easy in new situations for a while before you start dancing in a puddle of mustard on a stranger's floor and yelling loudly for someone to feed you the neighbor's baby. Or at least, that's how I handle those situations.
