Junai, if you don't care about the game then don't bother. Seriously. I like the fact that Obsidian is giving the game full support and will welcome all fixes. If you don't like a game that gets patched after its release go play Jade Empire. It seems that it is a fire and forget game from Bioware and Gray matter.

There are some jarring problems with the Height and Girth in the game. 1) No listing of height and weight in inches and pounds. I like exact numerical values 2) Halfings, gnomes, and children are way to tall, even on minimum height and girth. Those are two glaring problems I have come across. Multi-select works great.

Yes, but that is often beyond the scope of an expansion. If there are going to be epic levels then it will more than likely be diablo clone style like HotU, where they just treat epic levels as just another level increase.

The problem with comparing it to DDO, Schazzwozzer, is that DDO is not Forgotten Realms, and is Ebberon which has different artisitc requirements. Ebberon Elves are not the same as Forgotten Realms Elves.

I agree. To those who don't like it complain to WotC, not Obsidian. Also if it is such a bother don't play the game. Dungeons and Dragons is Dungeons and Dragons, and since NWN2 is an oficial Dungeons and Dragons game it must adhere to the PnP version as much as possible. Don't like it, tough. Its not going to change.

That is how elves look in Dungeons and Dragons. Nothing is going to change that, except maybe a new edition from WotC and a new CRPG based on it, but as they are now that is how elves look in the PnP game, and NWN2 accurately portrays them as such. Crashgirl, if you don't like the way elves look in DnD then don't play DnD.

Neverwinter Nights 2 is not one of the best games of all time. It is one of the better CRPGs released for quite a while but hardly the best.

Hey, she is criticizing the computer game to have "ugly" models which is based on the artwork of PnP game. It is an invalid criticism because the game is based on PnP, thusly they use the PnP artwork as a base. If she doesn't not like the artwork in the computer version which is based on the PnP version then it stands to reason that the artwork in the PnP version is not to her tastes. Dungeons and Dragons is Dungeons and Dragons. It is what it is and if you don't like it, go play something else. Plain and simple.
