I am and always will be for the death penalty. Death penalty should be for convicted felons that cause premeditated murder with a sound mind. The death penalty should be used against those convicted of aggravated rape, such as in this case. Death penalty should be used against those who have no redeeming qualities that can be used by a civilized society. However those who seek to do crime such as these are not deterred by the possibility of the death penalty nor extended time in prison. Permanently removing such individuals from society is not an act of revenge nor justice. It is an act of weeding out those who cannot live a civilized life, to discard the human waste of our civilization. Also I don't believe in parole. Parole needs to be abolished. If you are sentenced for 25 years you serve that 25 years. If you are sentenced for 5 years you serve that 5 years. Also they need to implement the 3 strikes rule in every state and on the federal level. If you are convicted a third time on a felony charge then life without parole.

Then that isn't even going into the SP modules I have downloaded. I still need to try them out.

I usually don't bother thinking in those terms when making a party. I go for the most interesting combinations. Such as when I went to the Ironfist halls the first time I had Neeshka, Grobnar, and Khelgar. Grobnar had some very interesting lines. Qara and Elanee always have some interesting quips in Logram's lair. If you have both Sand and Qara in your party... especially in the Duskwood, expect some tit for tat exchanges. I am going through the game again with a neutral evil wizardress with a sload of mods. So far it has been interesting with the new AI I put in the game.

My least favorite form of math are matrices. I know you can do them on the computer but my professor thought it would be best if we did them manually... THE HORROR!

Well, if you can get past the dated graphics then Fallout is right up your ally. It has lasers and nasty and bloody criticals. If you get into the "oriental" mood then get JE for the PC. You don't need a monster rig to play it but the CG sequences are a little fuzzy. Didn't catch that about NWN2. Silly me. Too bad Grobnar wasn't a romance option. :D GROBNAR THE BARDINATOR! He was one of my favs.

I think you would be better off playing BG1 then BG2, since you can use the same character. Also there is this lovely mod called BG TuTu that allows you to play BG1 with the BG2 engine. If you can go through BG games successfully then you really should have any problems with Torment. Same basic engine, but a whole lot more text to read. The game plays more like an interactive novel than a traditional CRPG. If you are looking for games with a lot of voice work using up to date graphics then you really can't go wrong with NWN2 or Jade Empire. NWN2 is a long CRPG based on DnD 3.5e with a good mixture of cinematics and voice work with traditional role playing. Jade Empire is the best action CRPG I have played which is fully voiced and has great cinematics. If PS:T is an interactive novel then Jade Empire is an interactive movie. Deus Ex is a very well done FPS game and very much worth playing. Gothic 2, notso much. Oblivion is great when properly moded but has quite a number of shortcomings.

I just like BG1 more than I did BG2. BG1 is the second most played game in my collection. Worn out three sets of discs.

The new monster AI I downloaded makes things a little more interesting... Especially at the beginning bits... I am surprised that Obsidian didn't let the duergar use their special abilities in their core AI.

Oh, don't mind Tale. If he gets too uppity just take a sledge hammer to him or set loose the shocky monkey and he quiets down.
