  1. Some more pics This one featured on Zotac’s Instagram...
  2. Surpised how well this runs in 8K
  3. Probably any game listed here: https://www.tomsguide.com/us/nvidia-rtx-2080-ti-benchmarks,review-5779.html As well as Unigine, 3Dmark and Furmark
  4. You got teh 2080ti?
  5. This could be the end soon...
  6. Right now Assassin’s Creed Oddysey and Shadow of the Tomb Raider, while waiting for Red Dead 2 Also Forza Horizon 4
  7. Yeah it’s too big, will not fit in my ITX box. The lighting uses Corsair iCue software 3840x1080 Gotcha, gotcha. I just found it a bit odd that you said average of 60 fps for that title, even if it is a large resolution... is that with all the new RTX(that real time light tracking...) things? Not using RTX features, just a boost in rasterization rendering I can sustain 60fps+ in most areas. I still get occasional dips to 40fps in unoptimized areas like populated holds though, but it’s better than dips into the 20s like on the old 1080ti.
  8. 3840x1080
  9. This card really heats up my case! Would like to WC it in the near future. For some benchies, I’m getting 60fps avg in Kingdom Come, ultra settings. 200fps in Fortnite. 800-1000fps in FEAR 1.
  10. After a week delay
  11. This game supports Ansel so a find Lara game is doable maybe! Right now im capturing at 30K then downsampling to 8K. Have to disable HDR though in order to look proper on non-hdr screens. Can't wait to enable RTX graphics features when it gets patched in (hopefully won't tank FPS that much) Traversing though mud creates new geometry on the surface, although it's quite low-poly.
  12. Cyberpunk 2077 uses raytracing. But by the time it releases I'll probably be on the RTX 4080
  13. Just preordered the monster. Ready to rock out in late-September
  14. $999!! https://www.hardocp.com/news/2018/08/18/pny_lets_rtx_2080_ti_cat_out_bag/
  15. RTX 2080 Ti me want! https://www.engadget.com/2018/08/18/nvidia-geforce-rtx-leaks/
  16. Good Luck Shadysands
  17. Put the 1080ti back in the main PC, since I got the 49" 32:9 Samsung CHG90 a couple months ago. It's only half of 4K but has HDR and 144hz. I notice pixel density took a hit (3840x1080) but the speed that things move without blur makes up for it. So I figure 4K for home theater and 144hz for desktop PC i7 8700K (6-core) @ 5ghz 1.30v w/ Corsair H150i RGB (360mm AIO) 32GB DDR4 3000 Vengeance RGB Gigabyte Aorus z370 G5 GTX 1080ti Seahawk Samsung 1TB ssd Zotac Sonix 500GB NVME Sound Blaster X AE-5 750w psu 20x Corsair LNP light strips 6x Corsair LL120 fans Corsair Commander light/fan controller Corsair Crystal 570x case
  18. Been doing work for Disney Imagineering. Leveled up from building computer rigs to building robots and animatronics. Cable management on a PC is one thing, but cable management on a robot that moves (and can rip it's own cables out!) is something else
  19. Picked up Divinity 2, Battletech, a few VR games, and Pillars of Eternity 2, because it’s cool to get Obsidian games
  20. Hopefully will be priced normally and not be $1500 https://wccftech.com/nvidia-geforce-gtx-1180-specs-performance-price-release-date-prelimenary/
  21. It’s been awhile. This time it’s a double feature: PC 1: Living Room Gaming/VR Rig i7 7700K @ 4.6ghz w/ Corsair H60 32GB DDR4 3200 MSI z270 mini itx MSI GTX 1080ti Seahawk X liquid-cooled Zotac 1TB ssd HGST 4TB hdd 600w psu Corsair Bulldog mini itx case PC 2: Image Editing/Encoding/RGB Light Show Rig i7 8700K (6-core) @ 5ghz 1.30v w/ Corsair H150i RGB (360mm AIO) 32GB DDR4 3000 Vengeance RGB Gigabyte Aorus z370 G5 GTX 980ti EVGA liquid cooled Samsung 1TB ssd Zotac Sonix 500GB NVME Intel 500GB NVME Sound Blaster X AE-5 750w psu 8x Corsair LNP light strips 6x Corsair LL120 fans Corsair Commander light/fan controller Corsair Crystal 570x case
  22. Recently transferred my 1080ti to the Bulldog living room pc (right side). Great for VR, and no compromises 4K gaming (unlike Xbox One X’s variable resolutions) Box has zero cable management features, but since it has no window then I guess it’s ok Specs: 1080ti Seahawk i7 7700K Z270 ITX 32GB RAM 1TB SSD 4TB HDD 600w PSU 75” 4K HDR TV
