We were looking for the most cost effective media machine, not a game machine in which case anything below a Geforce 6800 is lacking.

Well he was able to use hdr, that is no feature of integrated graphics. -
I really don't reccomend the warp cheat, but if you have to, just type warp and then the name of the module file you want to warp to.

I think you can use a cheaper and less advanced card for simple "media" use.
