  1. I heard it will be $1000.
  2. Myst 3 Exile and Black & White.
  3. Jag the answer is A I know it
  4. I cannot stand vertical bars, they just look stupid. EDIT: Here's the titlescreen. Not that bad. Letterbox scenes are nice and big too.
  5. Depends on what is more important to you, not having to play with black bars on the sides of your WS monitor, or having a patched game with a working mini map. I wouldn't buy a WS monitor just for this game + hack, however there is something somewhat majestic about a game being in widescreen. If your interested in becoming a widescreen gamer, I say go for it. Nearly all the new games have good WS support. And WS monitors are getting cheap.
  6. Of course it's not designed for this, it's a hack. Kotor 1 was more friendlier to this hack however.
  7. You get used to it I bet if I saw the regular hud graphics, they'll look too skiny. Yep.
  8. Nearly 5 years old, yet still realistic. Technology is sooo at a standstill
  9. Have you tried using the latest version of Uniws (1.03)? Have you also edited the .ini file under both [graphics options] and [display options] to your desired res? I admit, it was really tricky to get K2 in widescreen, down the fact that you can't use a patched version of the game, plus the mini map is forever screwed up, but the end result was still pretty good.
  10. LOL I'm not competing, if I was I would have gotten that fatal1ty 5-finger clutch mouse *shudder*
  11. Does anyone know of any quality keyboards for gaming, other than zboard (too much assembly) or the logitech g15 (which is too big)?
  12. So is this like Battlefield? Does it support widescreen? I stopped playing BF2 because it did not support widescreen.
  13. I've never seen a Mobo with 2 AGP slots...
  14. I think there is an exception to this. I think its safe to say you can get the newest most expenisive video card out if its the last one there'll be. Take the agp for instance. If you must upgrade, you might as well get the BEST card out there to last you awhile before you have to upgrade your ENTIRE pc again because of the transition to PCI 16 I have AGP, and the 7800GS isn't that much better then the 6800GT, and I'm not about to upgrade my ENTIRE system to play one game. Ill wait till the unreal 3.0 engine is out, Duke Nukem 4forever, Longest Journey, Halflife expansions, ect... which will all be out this winter supposedly, after which i will build the greatest conceivable machine known to MANKIND! Warning: Duke nukem is subject to change its dates release and so it will be that i will not wait till this comes out. EDIT: Bokishi, your rich, how about you buy me a custom 7900GTX AGP card! I'd love you for it! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Dude that's impossible. The reason the 7800 GS isn't much better than the 6800 is because the AGP can't handle more power. But if I could I would, don't get me wrong.
  15. Thanks for the input guys. I decided to settle for this one.
  16. Neato, but are there ones slighly smaller?
  17. I need a mousepad because my desk is glass and it refracts the laser, making not work.
  18. I'm looking for a good gaming mousepad for my logitechG7. I want something with zero friction; the mousepad I have right now is too rough. Anyone know of any good ones?
  19. No one is getting offtopic in this thread, I'll kill them before they get offtopic *mean*
  20. I like gameboy zelda, but I couldn't beat it.
