My GTX ran FEAR perfectly too, it's just that more speed is always welcome, and that's what these drivers provide.

Many (most?) mods are indeed junk. But every now and then you get one really special one that just takes the game by storm. Like CS for example. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I agree. All mods for Kotor phail, totally.

Dude, the beta drivers are at the nzone website, anyone can download them.

I've been using these excellent drivers for awhile now. It was great finally being able to play at 1680*1050. Sadly, no 4x aa at that res... BTW, an instant performance boost in FEAR is to turn off vsync. If you can't stand the tearing (like me), then leave vsync on, and download direct x tweaker to enable triple buffering.
