What ever happened to that one game called "Demons Age"... I remember people calling it a Pillars clone and the devs getting mad and saying that it was in development for a long time (before they knew about Pillars) lol

Voodoo Vince Remastered is coming to PC on the 18th for $14.99

Anyone getting Strafe? It was mentioned around these parts recently... I just saw a trailer for it and it looks promising for peeps who grew up with Quake, Unreal, etc.
-
Had it since it came out haven't touched it - regrettably

You don't have to lol I consider Witcher 3 to be an action game (more like Tomb Raider) and less of an rpg but I don't want to explain that either - though I have pretty valud reasons to why it's anything but an rpg.

Always loved me some Stalker series, Metro too! :D

I picked up a game on Steam called "88 Heroes". It has 88 playable characters (every character is unique, there are no clones or similar characters). You have 88 seconds to beat each level, there are 88 levels and so on. It seems to be getting good reviews but if I get bored within the first few minutes, I'll refund it. There is Conan and you can break through walls but that can help you finish a level faster or you could fall through and he would die. Then you have NyanCat which shoots lazers. You also have a zombie, etc, etc. It's basically Broforce but with a more interesting deiverse character selection (I was dissapointed with Broforce's characters) Edit: People are saying it's like Rogue Legacy as well, whatever that's worth.

If you like adventure games this then is a good opportunity to play one of the classics. It really deserved all the praise. And it is the only computer game which will create lasting associations in your real life. There is no one who played Full throttle who doesn't think of Maureen when they smell asphalt. I have Grim Fandango, I've not alot of time to play as most so I've only put some minutes into it but I really liked what I saw. Full Throttle Remastered excites ne because of the cool protagonist and setting. That's a BOLD statement. It's not me that's saying it, but rather all the people who have played both games. I haven't played either to be honest, I've just been reading about it.

I hear Hollow Knight is better than Super Metroid and Castlevania: Symphony Of The Night... At least that's what everyone who's played it has been saying. http://store.steampowered.com/app/367520

Mighty No. 9 - Horrible game but amazing soundtrack. Hotline Miami - Phenomenal game but annoying soundtrack.

I'll be able to play some games tomorrow night... Maybe I'll work on Batman Arkham Knight and some more of Rise Of The Tomb Raider. They both run perfectly and look so beautiful on my rig Edit: Too bad Full Throttle Remastered didn't come out on Easter

Full Throttle Remastered is available for pre-purchase with a nice discount ($14.99 discounted to $11.99). I think I'll pick it up - never played it before. Watched the first couple minutes of a youtube walkthrough on the original and it appealed to me. Plus, it looks amazing.

If you guys like top-down games like Hot-Line Miami, a game called Mr. Shifty just released on Steam for $14.99. Imagine you have Nightcrawler's abailities, the stealth of MGS games and the brutality of Hotline Miami but the graphics style of SuperHot and you have Mr. Shifty! YEP! http://store.steampowered.com/app/489140

This is off topic but ran across this video and it proves true to how shallow some rpg gamers can be today, sad, yet funny in a way... Reason I'm posting it here is because I figure we are all of age to not be offended And I think most of us are not the type to think like the examples shown in the video.

A friend of mine just ranted to me of all of Yooka Laylee's problems lol Not sure if it's that bad but he made it sound like it's the most horrible game to release this year. One Dog Story is coming out soon (2 weeks). It's a platformer/arpg. I expect it to be pretty good, the trailer sold me on it.

Spark The Electric Jester Guy who created some great past fan-made Sonic games has released his first original game on Steam and it's pretty amazing. Pretty much the speed of classic Sonic games, the moveset of Kirby and the weaponization of Mega man. http://store.steampowered.com/app/601810 I think it's much better than Freedom Planet.

I played about 30 minutes of Rise Of The Tomb Raider tonight, I forgot how good the game is. It's always nice when sequels turn out better than the first

Oh... I guess I misunderstood.

I know exactly what you mean, whenever people badmouth a game on the Steam forums saying something like "Ewwww... Denuvo! Don't buy unless you're stupid" or "This game is gonna be bad... no buy", it makes me actually go and purchase it. It's that beautiful "Paris Hilton" effect thing.... I can honestly say that every time I've decided to do that, the haters were proven wrong.
