Ok listen.First, ask Grenn for the bounties.Then later, if u go to the Czerka Offices,you see the two criminals talking to Lorso.Then they see you and run away.After that, you see them on the surface.

If u have force storm, it makes it a lot easier.Ya and the exile is in the audience room (something like that).
