Imo, as I will parrot what I mention before, nerf the numbers but don't kill the interactions.
For numbers here they can do something like +3 instead of +5 to a stats improvement when an effect is supposed to take place. But not to use such a low proc like 1%. 1% is really ridiculous in the sense of why even bother? Because statistically it is just not feasible to design a build around that kind of interactions.
Yeah, 1% is good number for ARPG, but not for Isometric Game

That a very sadly but I can't kill him without Arcana scrolls with my BDD builds (mostly because of beam tick, it cause -2 sec for my buffs). This is testing fight with 4x Storm of Holy Fire scrolls
P.S I really hate to say that but Paladin with his passive regen and +4 armor and +15 defenses, +10 ACC now look even stronger than their predecessors from PoE 1 for such long fights

Yeah, good old Time Salvation and Barring Death's Door combination that make game really fun and help you survive even something like disintegration with 2sec duration :D

Berserker/(Priest of Wael/Skaen) pretty fun option, until Arcane Veil or Escape give you +50 deflection and you have +50% healing buff and Robus inspiration

I guess you can't get out any heal fast enough if a Disintegrate hits you with this otherwise great setup, right?
Yeah, sometime I miss Disintegration cast and it just kill my Devoted/Soulblade even under Unbending effect, but now I playing only with BDD builds so I usually don't carry about damage at all :D

That why sometimes I died instantly with Queen fight (with 25 resolve, ring that reduce debuff duration and -20% buff reduction from rest bonus) :D

This is not in patch notes but OBS also fixed Monk summon skills, now your copies have Fire/Cold weapon and 108 acc, which allow Nalpazca subclass play as truncated Chanter

Feel free to discuss. I originally wanted to do a write-up of the new items, but we definitely can talk about the nerfs and buffs.
And yes nerfs to Full Attack. I just continuing my playthrough with Ydwin. Chose Finishing Blow on her and I tried it with the nerf. At level 9 and un-upgraded Finishing Blow, the dmg is significantly lower. I almost don't even feel the difference from attacking normally hahaha
Can't seem to change the Title to reflect the expansion on the discussion though... oh well...
@mosspit does damage reduction multiplicative (or at least work same as armor reduction) ?

Amra work same as carnage but with slash damage - i.e no ability transfering, usable by Devoted/Berserker - with their Hit -> Crit conversions
Shroud of Phantasm - Cloak ability summon 4x player copy (with gear and spells) but with low health, very fun ability that can be used for example by Barbarian/Devoted to eliminate group of enemies (4x carnage for 25sec :D) or by Streetfighter/x to destroy bosses or by caster to free random spell
OBS added cool new buff to wizards that give +15% slash, +15% fire lashes and Terrify anyone who attack you in melee with (4.5 cast and 4.5 recovery) :D

We need arena mode, then we can test DPS for example per wave :D

I suggest to remove Blooded ability, while most of the time Unbending will out-heal you. Just test on group of enemies how much time you will stay bloodied :D

You forget about Monastic Training, with Devoted and Berserker you will get very decent single target DW weapon with 15 PEN, which will allow you to hit even BoW dragon / Ukaizo guardian without carrying about pen

Resolve resistance and accuracy to all attack vs dragons, pretty same. For some situations like BoW dragon even better. If mega boss will be beast then this helm will be even better :D Or maybe I miss something :D

Cap of the Laughingstock is overpowered as a head slot imo. Immune to Resolve Affliction already makes it better than other accessories. Village's Fool is very powerful when u are soloing, -10 enemy deflection usually means +10 accuracy to self. An equipment has both stats is just too good for a single slot item.
What about Horns of The Bleak Mother that give you same bonuses ?

I also found that some link pattern break this forum markup and remove few text lines that come after broken link. So I just copy BB markup to editor (for example vscode), edit it, save it, and then paste it back :D
If you want I can try to create some simple script that will convert CSV data (then you can store list of builds as table :D) to your list of builds :D

How once can simply ignore math and video evidence is beyond me. But then: voting for Trump and being anti-vaxxer also is.
So I have to accept that there are people out there who have a totally different perception of (virtual) reality than I have.
However - we already went through this twice: with the "rogue vs. druid" and "rogue vs. ranger" debates in the PoE forums long time ago. Where you wouldn't accept that a rogue does not "vastly out-dps" a druid or ranger - despite detailed explanations from mutiple forum members that were based on math, in game data and common sense. So I guess also in this case further arguing is futile. The points were made, people can reread it and decide who backed their claims better.
I (and others here) don't think the Red Hand deserves a nerf besides the obvious bugfixes that messes up its dmg bonus and its Knockback. You think it's the best weapon in the game (accompanied by the inevitable hyperbolic adverbs) and therefore needs a nerf. Let's just leave it there...
Math, heartless you bitch :D I missed debates around Red Hand, but I didn't find anything special about this weapon except cool 40% DM bonus for Unbending and BDD builds. Even single handed ranger / x with Scordeo's Trophy will overcome Red Hand DPS far away ;D

If you so love Lord Darryn's Voulge and survivability why not Devoted (Polalxe)/Berserker ? I saw your Brute build and it fit pro-Principe theme very well plus has good penetration
If you stack recovery speed enough you will lost only ~10-15% recovery speed and 150% crit damage bonus which doesn't work with carnage. As devoted you always has your fists (with Monactic Unarmed talent), which will help you destroy single targets -
Just a quick question: Is there any downside when getting the wrong reputation with regard to your god? Looks i am just too nice to everyone around - which should not please Skaen a lot. Will he debuff me if i dont get cruel?
You will lost only lash on summoning weapon and little bit healing from Radiance

Yeh, but you can't play with DD and God's challenges together I planning to do solo naked run after first mega boss release, because I not sure if classes with limited resource (Devoted/Skaen) can handle such long fights
At first I will do official TSC naked with gods challenge and then will try to do DD mod. But DD mod is much more harder, I'm not sure that you can kill bosses without consumables
There always exist Shepard with Red Hand + White-leaf + Boar that can survive near infinity time and has 80% crit chance
