While I haven't played TSL myself yet (only observed it for a while at my xboxer friend's home) so I can't say about my feelings, I am under impression that most gamers are sharp on TSL bugs and storyline flaws becouse TSL is a continuation, not such groundbreaking game as KOTOR. KOTOR was some kind of culture shock with so many great ideas, that people actually didn't notice its many flaws and if even they did - they focused more on KOTOR's positive sides. Sequel rarely is original and gamers are already familiar with things like graphics or interface... nothing is new except the storyline - and that's why people focus more on the storyline and criticize it. And if TSL would be first such game? How would you rate it, without knowing about existence of KOTOR 1? No spoilers please!

Akari is it any chance that KOTOR 2 PC version will have better graphics than KOTOR 1 PC version? Are you planning to finish your unfinished subquest from xbox version?

That's why I have already said that this is all question of aesthetics. SW already had established vision of ancient galaxy before KOTOR appeared, and please don't jump with science - this is not star trek, its the space fantasy called Star Wars where science is only a decoration. IMO all arguments like "spenglerian paradigme blah,blah" are ridiculous.

Bioware could develop new exploding engine that will make KOTOR III as groundbreaking graphically as KOTOR I. This has nothing common with storyline.

Well to be honest KOTOR 1 was full of little bugs as well (and I don't mean technical ones).

Well there's still some time to improve KOTOR 2 PC version, and I think that LA should delay the game release until April.

Well then let's all hope that Bioware will design engine and Obsidian storyline, for KOTOR III that should be released in mid 2007 at the earliest.

And why Bioware didn't let Obsidian use this new engine in KOTOR 2?

Considering that Obsidian pushed all crew to NWN 2, I'm very concerned. Those few guys that remained will not eliminate all bugs and not prepare PC version that could truly use all PC graphical abilities.

Great maybe finally I'll have a chance to get rid of him.
