I feel sorry for the developers being trapped between EA and pirates. Makes you wonder why they even bother doing PC games these days. Serves them right. If they want to keep doing business with a company that annoys legit buyers of their product with SecuROM and other **** "copy protection" software, they'll get whats coming to them.

This is one of many reasons why EA sucks. Lets keep using lame SecuROM to drive our customers up the wall.

Amazon is awesome. You can buy it new or used. Used you can find the cheapest vendor and go with them.

Me too. I wish Baldur's Gate had a turn-based option. I know, however, that others have argued here that by trying to implement both realtime and turn-based, neither were particularly good. I'm not a connaisseur of combat, so I don't know these things. Of course Arcanum could be improved in many ways, but my only solid piece of negative criticism is actually that all the charcters look funny when they are running. They looked funny to begin with. The characters looked just horrible but the game itself was still good though.

Because there are a lot of couch potato sports fans out there who are too lazy to go out and play sports. Plus they have a monopoly on sports games.

DRM and other bull**** software make it inconvient to consumers not pirates. There is no way to stop piracy any more than there is a way to stop illegal drug use. The companies mught was well suck it up and consider it as a part of doing business. They stay the course they are on now, people will go out and get pirated copies more so than now.

Old games rule. Majority of these 3D games out there suck.
