Yeah that's how I found out. I was hidding behind a car and this super mutant kept firing at me and hitting the car. Soon it caught on fire than it exploded. I ended up with both arms and one leg crippled. Bastards.

Fine. I kicked the boyfriend off the computer and decided to play it. Holy **** VATS is a great addition. I got a hold of a sniper rifle and blew this dudes head off in slow motion. That was awesome. I got that rifle early in the game. There was a raider om the over pass by Megaton who didn't know how to use it correctly, so I took it off his corpse. Now to see if I can find some awesome power armor. Being protected is my weakness right now.

Now they have parliament who hold any real power in that country. The people of Russia suffered centuries under the Czars until they had enough and removed the entire family line by force. Only to be replaced by another oppressive system which by the way had been replaced by a less oppressive system. People who are oppressed after awhile will eventually rise and remove that oppressive system. Given time the Iraqis would have done the same.

Progress really scares you eh? Nah. The game is made by people who know little about the Fallout world. If they had some devs who were part of the original Fallout team it probably wouldn't be bad.

There's a tutorial in Fallout 1 and 2, doen't it just jump right into the story? Its more or less a mini tutorial. Teaches you the basics of combat and lockpicking.
