  1. That's a given, surely? And to think I usually play lightside... "
  2. Opps. :"> The graphics looked better though. I'm sure you know what I meant!
  3. Ah, I see. nm then. What I'd like to do in K1 is to use K2's engine and force powers. That'd be fun.
  4. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Perhaps you missed the title of this topic, hmm?
  5. My username? A bad play on the word "dying" with an apostrophe and spoken in a bad accent. "I'm dyin'" -> I'm Dyan". Not something special. Quite tacky actually.
  6. See, some things we do agree on :D. And well... why would I turn Mission to the dark side? It isn't about Mission - it's about spreading the corrupting will of the Dark Lord. Er, that is to say... ...It'd annoy certain self righteous Jedi and a stupid Wookie to twist a little girl's mind. Revan: "In the battle against the Sith, we need a decoy. Mission, your mission is to provide that decoy. Go and destroy as many as you can before falling in glorious battle. And drop that irritating attitude - and stab the wookie on the way out." "Yes master, I serve only your will."
  7. But... but... I already did. Well, kinda. I mocked her mentally, if not verbally in-game . And yes... the option to kill her precious Jedi would have been fun. Of course we agree on this - her accent left much to be desired. On the plus side, at least it wasn't "My husband and I..." ^_^ And I know it's not directed at me.
  8. I've been meaning to reply to this for a while but never got around to it. My Revan, eh? Is this my "ideal" Revan - the way it should have been or the way it actually went? . Depending on your answer, you'll get a varied answer. In the first, basically, my LSM would have got suspicious from the get-go and disobeyed ordered to leave the Endar Spire from the escape pod and instead, make his way to the Sith Ship. Being a smuggler and whatnot, (well a programmed one), he was able to sneak aboard, access the controls and hide out. Upon hacking the place, raiding the armoury (after stealing the jedi lightsabers, robes and sith uniforms from the 'Spire), he arms himself. Then he hits the computer databases and well, y'know, finds the records of Revan without the mask. Gasp shock horror. And historical records. And y'know, discovers who he is. This unlocks a bunch of memories and he levels up like woah. ) Or at least allows him to recall how to use a lightsaber and whatnot. Anyway, using various sith passcodes after he ambushes them and takes their cards and replaces them, he hacks further into the computer and discovers the location of the Starforge. Then a mysterious, encrypted broadcast from an ominous source from Karath's ship transmits the location of the Starforge to the Republic along with the words "Taris is saved." - rather than "I have returned." - I mean, my Revan's not an idiot . Anyway, unable to take the ship by force - and although its a real shame, Revan blows the ship to kingdom come using the self destruct and a horrible core overload... " and steals a Sith fighter and escapes as the ship blows up, killing Karath. Anyway, our intrepid hero escapes down to the planet's surface and lands at the Sith base. Of course, everyone's seen the ship blown up in orbit and so, there is fighting on the streets. Revan of course joins in - and waving a lightsaber around rallies others to him and by the time Bastilia has freed herself - she discovers that Revan is a hero of the people. Meanwhile, Revan buys(is gifted) T3 for various reasons, but mostly to build an activation device to bring HK47 back to him. So while our (somewhat useless) heroine waving her yellow lightsaber and making all her self righteous claims alongside her (equally useless) sidekick Carth, (somewhere along the line, Carth & co also/might have pick/picked up Mission & Wookieface) Revan is hailed as a hero. And then Revan proceeds to kick the exchange out of Taris, freed various peoples and make himself quite unpopular in the process and gain Canderous as an ally who instantly recognises his foe and decides to work alongside him - well, Canderous wants off the planet and so does Revan - he also wants to kick out the exchange and Canderous knows how. So the unlikely duo team up - while T3 is working on building the locator/homing beckon that'll bring HK back to Revan and Bastilia and Carth are hunting for Revan. Long story short, Bastilia and Carth find Revan as he is boarding the Ebon Hawk and point their weapons at him. Canderous flanks him with his own weapon; but they[Carth & Bastilia] demand that Revan surrenders. Revan rather graciously allows them on board, knowing that Bastilia is the woman from(of (heh)) his dreams. Anyway, T3 pushes past Bastilia and Carth breaking the tension and rolls(?) over to Revan. Pleased with his new droid, Revan makes his way to the conference room and gets followed by the three others. Revan promises to explain everything to Bastilia, but will not give up his lightsaber to her
  9. It doesn't matter what class you choose - you're the strongest character in the game (more or less). By the time you hit well, maybe your third planet, you're almost unbeatable anyway. Carve through enemies with a lightsaber, or force-spam them to death or both... it doesn't matter so long as they're dead. . But in reply to the question, I find I like the Sentinel the most. I like the skills they have. I don't care much for their immunities, but they seem a nice blend between the two. I also prefer the weapon master to go with my sentinel - simply because I enjoy wielding lightsabers at a later level. Alternatively, a consular/watchman can be quite nice - or consular/assassin.
  10. Have I mentioned how I would like to have turned Mission to the Dark Side...? If not, then yeah, I'd like that. Also would have liked to have fed party members I didn't like to the kyrpt(sp) dragon. Like the wookie. And somehow, brought the dragon to Manaan. Fishfingers! <_<
  11. I'd have liked to have used the beast control to actually keep a few pets around. Set them on people. Control that Greater Storm Beast... set it on Kreia. Date Queen Talia. Just to annoy Kavar. So much more...
  12. Hmm.. what I'd like to do is play a female exile and take handmaiden along. Yes, I know there's a mod that allows you to do that, but I mean, implimented as a proper feature. *sigh*. Not that Disciple is *that* bad.. (well, compared to G0T0) but still. And that hack-slash near the end during Traya core? It'd be nice if they didn't actually impede your progress but gave you the respect that's due.
  13. Ditto. Hopefully the mod will be completed soonish. That is, within three years. *is still looking forward to it*
  14. Their teachings were not going to war, right? Taking them all on at once proves conflict strengthens. It still would have been nice to have had the option to cut them all down at once.
  15. Agreed. Because any assassin can take them down one by one. True power is forcing them to accept your view as truth, while they were in the wrong, despairing in that knowledge and accepting death as a mercy. Taking all three down at once and proving once and for all that you are more powerful - that is better than one at a time . Okay, so my character was on a power rush. ^_^ But who doesn't enjoy killing arrogant Jedi?
  16. Actually, what I'd have liked most in K2 is to make those ****ing Jedi masters listen to reason, just for _once_. Or having the option to cut all three down at once. Maybe both. Oh, and some stuff about Atris from the Jedi masters would have been nice too. Yeah, Atris is alive. Oh, okay. -- "So this is your new master now, Exile." "Uh. No? She's just some old woman who tagged along for the ride." "We can sense no deception." "You must make a choice, Exile - her or us." "I choose you, Master Vrook!" *battle ensues with Kreia and she runs off* "So uh, it seems we were wrong about you exile. Um, yeah. So now, you gotta go save the galaxy." "Bah." "You were not right Exile, war is never the answer." "Shut it, Vrook. I am right." "Maybe he has a point..." "Violence is the way of the sith!" "Yet, you were going to cut me off from the force." "Okay, I admit it. I'm a hypocrite." _game crashes_
  17. Thank you . And its starwars - it isn't meant to make sense. Don't ask questions or you'll find plotholes . Something else that'd I'd loved to have seen, but know it'd never happen is to have a celebration party upon reaching the Enclave - you know, for getting away alive. A fancy dress party! Player's Character: "I'm Revan!" Jedi: "Omg! How did he find out!" Bastilia: "You fools! You told him! Now how can I get with him? *runs away wailing*" PC: "Uh... wait, I actutally am Revan? I knew I should have gone with the Wookie outfit..."
  18. You as well? I like my "kung fu" gal/guy Exile most. Lightsabres are fun and all, but I tend to use them as a last resort or when my character needs to hack through a legion of enemies quickly. Knocking armed enemies down with just ones hands is more fun than shooting or slashing them with a blade, I think.
  19. "Right Kreia, I've had it with you. You think I'm gonna hurt so bad if I try to kill you? Well, how about if I die. You think I don't have the guts to turn this light saber on myself? Yeah, you keep watchin' and preachin' and see where it leads to... but y'know, if I'm gonna die, I'm gonna damn well take you with me. I'll stab you first." Or... "Atris... I love you." *snicker* "Oh... Exile... is it true..." "All these years..." "Oh... Exile..." ... "Can I have my lightsaber back?" "I've been keeping it for you!"/"That's all you came here for?!" *kiss*/*stab*
  20. Stuff I would have loved to have done in KotOR
  21. "Messa Jar Jar Binks" ... 'nuff said. Or maybe - "Oh Annie, you're breaking my heart!" ...
  22. I was more annoyed I couldn't take the box with me to the
