  1. Heh I thought it was just me. This broken speed mod and marking stuff is pretty bad. I was wondering why my drake bell felt like it was superior to the endless path blade.
  2. So is resolve staying the same or will deflection be buffed more? I really dig the constitution suggestion changes since in my opinion, it's not even that useful on my tanks when you have a party to crowd control most encounters (But still need a tank to take those few hits by those that slip by the CC). So I keep it on minimum.
  3. Ah. I thought it was glitched since we got every other stat under the other gods except int. Well tbh dex isn't even usuable since you get it after everything is over. Well either way after I saw "tln_waels_boon_talent.unity3d" in the files I thought there might have been a way to get it to complete the set and an extra point doesn't hurt against the final boss.
  4. Loving a lot of these suggestions. Wonder if Obsidian ever considers it in need of a rebalance in general.
  5. Since you can activate both of these modals at the same time, I tend to take them both. Also if you're playing PotD where a lot of things have stacked DR is where Vulnerable attack shines. I always take savage first since I run a two handed and therefore the damage is always a 5+ increase either way and the negative accuracy is easily negated due to buffs. If you tend to use fast one handed weapons then vulernable is obviously a better damage increase since it tends to outdo 20% damage with those fast but low damage per hit weapons and nearly everything has high dr.
  6. Question about the AI. Is it only broadly behavioral or can you set your party members to use certain abilities or buffs as soon the battle starts? Especially those that become per encounter use at level 9 and 11 since they aren't really wasted uses by that point.
  7. Bit off topic but are the 1.07 beta patch notes incoming anytime soon? Curious to see the intended perception changes.
  8. I feel that it should affect it to some extent or at least give a partial boost or debuff to the skills of the priest/paladin that rely on disposition. Plus as the leader, your choices also reflect on them somewhat since they are working/traveling with you.
  9. Well thanks for saving me the time to go try the priest wael thing. I also pushed wael on hiravias in his side quest but same old results as well.
  10. Because this guy is appearing in the last dungeon spot past the first shadow drake and telling me about his master plan but in the end I get no boon or option to agree with his plans. I put the scroll in the skull as he demanded if that helps from his DB quest. I also took no boons from the other gods and went down there but he doesn't budge. Alternatively, I also took a boon and went down there and he still appears but it's the same deal. Have any of you triggered and obtained his boon in 1.06? Am I missing something? Also this is a bit off topic but what's the point of skaen giving you his boon AFTER you took down the final boss if you agree with his plans?
  11. Yea I suppose I was wondering whether say more time on inflicting prone or paralysis was more important to you guys that say launching spells 6-9% faster in quick succession which can be very valuable if say a healer needs to heal or buff people quickly or you summon a weapon to get the most hits out of it. Yea for say the spells that summon weapons, hitting faster with those things is crazy good or you can have more duration on the summon plus more duration on debuffs. I guess in the end it's down to preference and whether or that that particular battle lasts long because then more time is always good. Or if you use the aoe spells more, int is better because of range and extended duration on it since the ticks aren't affected by dex.
  12. Nope my chant duration for that buff lasts for a total of 11 secs or duration+linger. This is across all phrases. But all of them have that extra time limit line I'm not certain what is for. My Int on that character chanter is 23. I honestly can't recall but I think in the past it last way longer similar to that 14.9 sec so not sure if this is a glitch or not. Or it was nerfed a bit and the tool tip not updated.
  13. So I get duration and linger but what's the time limit on the bottom of the description for where it says for 14.9 secs?
  14. Which do you guys generally push a little bit more in PotD? I know some just max em both but you can also choose the resting bonus and the +1 bonus to either when you create the character. Just curious if you prefer dex and casting faster spells over casting in a wider aoe and having debuffs and buffs last a bit longer with int.
  15. I wouldn't mind if they touched up twin elms a bit either with more content.
  16. It's bad because killing them on the spot literally gives you better loot most of the time. If it doesn't you have a high chance of them escaping a few days later while you wait for that animancer and slaver to offer you 200-1.2k copper. At least killing them gives me the satisfaction knowing they aren't alive and I have their drops.
  17. There would be no reason not to max PER over resolve then. Hell the wood elf is the best caster/ranger when not going solo because of it's +5 accuracy modifier. I mean who the heck would take human with it's crappy few second buff that lasts only if you go under 50 endurance every battle for a few seconds? Or the other crappy other racials like nature godlike that gives a boost under 50 again. These don't stack up to wood elf that gets +5 Accuracy at all times. Accuracy is everything in this game at harder difficulties. I'd also like to add that all 3 human racials are the same crappy one no matter what the location wheras the most of the rest are all different depending on the location which is pretty lame. I hope so too. Well I just really want certain members to cast certain buffs in order as soon as the battle starts. Like Eldritch aim on my wizards, priest casts the DR reduction spell followed by the critical hit increase buff etc etc. Maybe even a setting that lets us decide what to cast in order based on the number of enemies we are facing.
  18. I really wish they would let us disable autosave without using a mod. That would cut down 1-2 secs.
  19. I have had this bug too but it was minor enough for me not to be bothered by it since a reload fixes it. Basically, just run around wasting days gaining fatigue. Once you have any amount of fatigue, just save and reload the game with the fatigue. When you load again, the fatigue effects won't be active as your endurance is full, but the game still thinks it is draining you. Then you can rest and it stacks the hp on your characters. Just do another round of saving/reloading after having the hp stacked with no more fatigue to get it back to normal.
  20. Oh it is so I took an example shot of it on an npc in the top here. I also noticed that on the armor that has the better quality textures, the shoes/boots on it do not. The padded armor looks about right in the torso area but the boots do not. Same thing with the shoes in the image I posted earlier where the robe looks high res as well. Again, all on the same settings.
  21. Wait is flames of devotion just going to boost the paladin hitting with it by 20 accuracy or is it boosting the entire party by 20 accuracy except the paladin?
  22. Well I won't lie when I dread going more and more into my play throughs because the more you play the longer it becomes then it's a problem. Not to mention I constantly have to plan routes to get the least amount of loading screens and forget running through my keep. When I forget something it's another long trek to retrieve it from the stash and having to go all the way back to an inn to rest ughh. At least let us disable autosave since that' slows it down.
  23. Only thing that bugs me is that it's a wasteful gold sink with prisoner's escaping left and right unavoidably even if you have the highest security and spent all that money on hirelings for more security. I mean you might as well auction them before they eventually run and sometimes one just took off after a single day of imprisonment with max security. Gold returns and tax collection rates are low too with bandits taking a large sum and it's so annoying have to go back to fend off attacks (for which you can't even loot most of the time) and deal with supplicants tanking rep. It feels more like a chore than a feature. I suppose I like that azzuro guy that sells stuff but him as a static npc selling his items would have been less of a headache. The adventures are all right but I feel the better one’s don’t appear until you reach end game where you have far more limited steps. The entire place is also pretty empty other than the few visitors or hirelings which are a waste of coin given how much you have to travel back for what they do. I also think it needs a revamp since I dread having to deal with it every playthrough when it shouldn't be like that. But a lot of what you are asking is just very unlikely at this point. The stronghold being more alive is def on the top though.
