I'd have to agree. I really like some of the Trickster abilities but what I've seen of the story makes me think I'll maybe play it once just to see what happens. I've not spent a lot of time playing Trickster so far because of that but I've seen a lot of complaints about that path over at Owlcat that lead me to believe it never gets better. At least not through act 4 anyway.

Huh, MicroProse is back. I want to say that probably every other game I had in the 90s was from them. My top 5 MicoProse games in no particular order because I can't choose between them Master of Orion 2 Sword of the Samurai X-COM Twilight 2000 The Punisher Civ2 Colonization Covert Action Elite Falcon 3.0 Majesty --- I'm somewhat excited about the Marvel game because I'm sure the game I've imagined in my head is way different than the game that's actually being made. I'm neutral on the Saints Row reboot and the trailer didn't move the needle any.

I do nothing but my wife has bought a new mattress because I guess our old one has too many miles or a blown valve or something. I dunno, I don't even know where the blinker fluid goes in the damn thing. I think she got some brand which I've never heard of before which isn't saying much because I only know like 4 mattress brands. -
Heist on Netflix - The series only has three two-part episodes but we really enjoyed them even though such things, crimey things, aren't usually our jam. Kim's Convenience on Netflix - Finally gave it a try and found it to be pretty funny. Currently on the last episode of the first season.

Gratuitous nudity and violence ...and spelling mystery as mystary, gratuitously. -

Thanks guys, now I want carpaccio. There are a few restaurants downtown that make some of the most delicious ones I've ever had.

I've had a few and have been put under for all of them. I was told it's just easier. -

I really liked Pompeii but I'd be lying if I said I remember it perfectly. I was a little bit sauced because we stopped at a wine tasting thing beforehand. -
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NBV3XB1/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_MDZ0QYDK446K2G54JP7T?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 That's the one I get. It tastes kind of like ketchup, hot sauce, and soy sauce mixed together but good. A sweet heat type BBQ sauce is a good comparison.

Goldsman was a writer on I Am Legend? That explains some things.

Soccer was massively popular as a youth sport when I was a kid and I'm creeping up on 40 now. I don't think it'll ever be like it is in Europe because it's not part of our culture in the same way I played soccer growing up but as we got into higher grades you had competing sport schedules so you couldn't run track, play basketball, football, baseball, and play soccer so guess which sports most people dropped first when there was a conflict?

This is actually my least favorite thing about the show. Literally everything has be because aliens because people can't accomplish anything of note without alien intervention, influence, and guidance .
