  1. ^It was one of my favorite games from last year even though I think it came out in December of the year before
  2. I have more new games but I don't want to post them until I can get rid of most of these old craps* Steam Uplay Direct download As always please send a PM and please only request one game PS Please don't ask if I have something not listed in my latest post *a ringing endorsement
  3. All the latest gab around town Nearly 100,000 people are calling for Bill Clinton’s arrest Jim Webb refuses to support Clinton Trying to find some positive articles but it's tough
  4. You get it as soon as you retire and it increases every year. It's a really good gig if you like being in the military and all that comes with especially if you can climb the ranks. Also, it goes up 2.5% for each year over 20 so if you can do 40 years you'll end up with (near because of high 36) 100% of your base pay. Mind you almost nobody does 40 years and those that do are the Sergeants Major, Generals, and Chief Warrant Officers and even then it's iffy
  5. All the Clinton controversies I doubt anything will come from the latest ones either because while they may be a little shady I don't think they are out and out crooks or at least not more than most politicians.
  6. If he joined 40 years ago then he should get half the final pay rather than high 36 Just to throw some numbers out there, if Gfted1 retired today as an E-6 after 20 he would be looking at about $1,862 a month which is great as extra money but probably not enough to live on alone
  7. You'd need another job unless you lived very, very cheaply Would you like to know more?
  8. Did the Career Jammer give you the works to try to keep you in? Yeah, at first anyway At the time they were giving out huge bonuses and other perks but I was done and since a lot of people in my unit were afraid of their prospects after getting out they stopped chasing me. They could probably also tell they were barking up the wrong tree or at least I'd like to give them that much credit I'm glad that I did it and I miss some aspects of it but I'd never want to go back to it. Especially since I vastly preferred deployment to garrison life.
  9. Well, most of my unit went back to the states after 6 months or so in the first deployment but along with a few others I volunteered to stay the whole year of 2005 (plus or minus a few months). The second deployment was in 2007 and it was a mandatory year for everyone but it was also a much easier time. I came back in Jan-Feb of 08 and got out in December
  10. He also released his health care plan
  11. I think the theory was that all the walking bushes would confuse the enemy
  12. Just for embarassment here is a picture of me during my first tour of Iraq in 05 The Commandant was in the area for a photo op so they gathered everyone up for group pictures
  13. I was in maybe 4th grade at the time, sorry I do feel old but that probably doesn't help
  14. In other casting news Ian McShane is poised to play Mr Wednesday in American Gods. I haven't read it but does the character say ****sucker at all in the book?
  15. And Carson is dropping out-ish
  16. I'm also not a fan of the combat, before I would just cheat but now I use storytime mode and cheat It's also weird to me how much I am bothered by the major (major to me, anyway) class changes they make to the game. I shouldn't really care but I feel so negative about it for some reason. I dunno, but I'm finally making progress in my new playthrough
  17. Makes sense considering the "inevitable candidate" isn't drawing as much enthusiasm which also makes sense because if they are inevitable then why bother On the flip side, I also don't have a lot of faith in the Dems carrying the general election but it's still early and a lot can happen. It's not very scientific but about a quarter of the ~120 people in my precinct expressed no desire to support Clinton in the general election. Most of those were young people who were only involved in the process at all because of Sanders but I was surprised that we also had a few disgruntled Republicans who switched sides like Anakin. But again this is just in my neck of the woods so I dunno if and even doubt that those trends hold up nationwide PS anyways I hope that we switch to a straight up primary vote because that caucus took hours with people speaking their piece and trying to sway others to their sides. In the end, the 4 not committed (or something similar to that) people went to Clinton and they had to change because they didn't meet the minimum threshold but nobody else changed their votes. There are some ballot measures to make the caucuses open, maybe that's a start
  18. They were saying it was the highest turnout they'd ever seen for a primary There were two lines and each one wrapped around the block in a different direction. Some places had to stop letting people in because they were beyond capacity and others had to move outside to accommodate everyone
  19. Me too Now all I read is sci fi and fantasy though Currently churning through a lot of new Shadowrun fiction. Glad they started making these again, in English.
  20. Caucus results for my precinct that don't matter Sanders 98 Clinton 23
