Yeah, pretty crazy. Is it? Always saw 2 of those 3 as being pretty liberal It passed in 4 out of the 5 states that had it on the ballot this year with only Arizona declining

The population of the US is not evenly distributed. That's why we use the EC system. But not every state is winner take all. I still think we should do it by popular vote or congressional district
