[3.1.1][Bug?] Does Level Scaling option work correctly now?
I got level 20 party and I went to Crookspur. All the enemies were too much weak, their defenses are around 60~70, while my characters are around 100. It seems the Level Scaling with Only Scale Upwards option doesn't work properly now.

Druid's Summons seems meh.
I tested all the summon Spells and I felt that most of the spells seems meh except Call to the Primordials. In case of the 8~9 PL spells, especially, I couldn't find any reason to use both of them. Aspect of Galawain summons a big animal, and that's all. The animal doesn't have any abilities and even the damage is too low; I don't exactly remember but the output was about 20~30. I don't know why Fire Stag is even attacked by spells having Fire keyword. It doesn't make sense at all to me.

Well, this is my first time game for going forward to ending, so I might be not good to play. The description, however, needs to mention the duration clearly, at least.

Fampyr the Epic Level Monster.
OK, I met Fampyrs. They used not only Citzal's Enchanted Armory & Minoletta's Piercing Sigil but also Panther's Leap (or, might be Leap). Player's Multiclasses cannot access higher than PL 7 abilities, but Fampyr did. WTF?... They must be an Epic Level Monster in the game, which is even stronger than Dragons. My party defeated two beasts, A corpse dragon and cow, in Harbinger's Watch very easily, but the groups of Fampyrs were so much horrible; I've even felt each Fampyr was even stronger than one of the beast, honestly, because the Minoletta's Piercing Sigil kept remaining about 1 min and retaliated forever. I assume they have higher than Level 25? Using PL 8~9 with multiclassing is so much annoying for me. Is that even acceptable in aspect of rule-based game? I think Dragons and some other bosses are fine because they are not Kith and so can have stronger power naturally, but Fampyr is a Kith, isn't it?

And devs didn't change anything related. Very sad, because there are several potentially useful equipment in the game you all already mentioned, but it's actually now. Those Keyword/Description mismatch makes players confused indeed.

[3.1.1][Bug?] Minoletta's Piercing Sigil... Is it working as intended...?
I met the one of the strongest Monster, Fampyr, with level 19 party, and I noticed that they spammed the Minoletta's Piercing Sigil. The spell description doesn't show Duration, so I thought it would be one time retaliation. The spell, however, remained about 60 sec and the retaliation did work whenever I hit the Fampyr in melee. This was just so annoying and I've felt this is obviously OP, if this is intended. Does player's Minoletta's Piercing Sigil work exactly same way? Or, Is it just special ability of Fampyr?... I don't know how to handle this spell, since as far as I know there is not Dispel spell in PoE2, right? FYI, the difficulty is Veteran.

[3.1.1] Spirit Lance summoned, but wasn't be equipped
The UI shows that Citzal's Spirit Lance has been successfully summoned and the duration, but this was actually not equipped. I'm not sure this is just a visual bug though.

[3.1.1] Jernaugh's Equalizing Burst with Spell Shaping doesn't work correctly
The circle view, which can resize via Spell Shaping, cannot decrease while casting the one of the original spell on a specific Grimoire, Jernaugh's Equalizing Burst.

Any way to activate Disengagement Attack actively?
As far as I know, Terrified cannot activate the Disengagement Attack. Is there any way to do the attack actively? Could Push effect do it?

I'm not sure, but the first thing is not bug imo, because both are one-handed weapons.

The description of Vion-ceth confused me...
The one of this weapon's ability, Wood Splitter, explains that this weapon deal additional damage against target(s) with Plant status effects. What does exactly mean the "Plant status effects"? Does it mean the spells which has Plant domain as Keyword, like Vile Thorns, Tanglefoot, or Venombloom?

Any interesting build using Druid's Summoned Weapon?
There are two Summoned Weapons for Druid; Firebrand and Rot Skulls. As far as I know, Firebrand summons a Great Sword that inflicts Burn damage and Rot Skulls summons a One-Handed unique ranged weapon which cannot be affected by any weapon proficiency. Honestly, Firebrand has little characteristic and I don't think it can be useful even on some specific situation. On the other hand, Rot Skulls have its own feature that deals damage in small area foe only aoe over time. Any good build?

I'm not sure, but I guess this bug might be able to occur at summoned weapon(s), too.

Meh Tier Abilities at each Class?
I think so. We just need to discuss about what will need to be revised or improved, so devs would be able to use this for reference.

Can someone comment on the spellshaping?
I agree with this. The current penalty, -5 PL, seems too heavy. Remember that most of passive abilities simply give advantage(s) and require a 1 skill point to obtain it; Spell Shaping ability is NOT free, so this must provide obvious merit instead of zero-sum trade off imo.
