  1. 2009? Only one good game came out, Dragon Age.
  2. I'm wondering Mkreku, if you were running the game with mods installed? And if you are, have you tried troubleshooting them? Well, I was using a few different mods, but when I bought the DLC I un-clicked them all in the launcher. I didn't know if they would be compatible. Hmm, maybe I should do a clean install? Or could the mods be affecting the game even when they're not being used (except for one small interface mod, think it was called BetterUI)? The game and mods are suppose to follow a certain order. One way to make sure this happens is to use FOMM, Fallout Mod Manager. Order of preference is Fallout3.esm, DLC (Which I would set in the order they were released), and mods. Some mods should be set up ahead of other mods. Just read the installation text to see if mod x needs to be ahead of another. I thought the Anchorage DLC broke my game because after I did that, I couldn't go inside any buildings in any of the DC area. It just so happens I didn't have the proper install order. I had mods that were ahead of the Anchorage DLC.
  3. For the first time since 2004, I've been to the gym. I got a membership last Friday and yesterday was my first day there. Ah feel the soreness.
  4. My favorite origin story. A touch of realism plus it shows you why the two races have a distrust, hatred toward one another.
  5. A simple glitch. I was able to level up 3 times then I got bored doing it and decided to go get the scrolls. Much easier to use the console to level up when the need arises.
  6. I don't like that 1.02 patch. I probably won't install it. Repeatedly talking to Duncan after gathering the vials in the Korcari Wilds but not the treaties no longer provides duplicate experience. The spells Force Field, Crushing Prison, Cone of Cold, and Blizzard now have shorter durations and/or longer cooldowns. This ensures that combatants can no longer stun-lock each other by repeatedly casting the same spell. Just fix the bugs okay? Leave the so called "balancing" alone.
  7. Sten is one of my favorites. Not only a good tank but also his lines are funny and frustrating.
  8. Terminator Salvation Directors Cut. Nice to see cut footage restored.
  9. Spent the better part of the day transferring the guts from my other computer into my new Cooler Master Stacker case. It was a pain but it will pay off with the superior air flow that case provides.
  10. I just want to adventure to new exciting lands, meet new people and kill them. The good old power gamer games, Diablo and Icewind Dale series. But I do like a game with some good story telling and role playing. Diablo 3 can have both hopefully and if not, it'll be another good dungeon crawling power gamers dream.
  11. Another round of Dragon Age. Trying out the human noble origin. It was pretty good. So far I have tried the city elf and the elf mage origins. All three are pretty good story telling about your background.
  12. Showing the Archdemon how us Grey Wardens cure headaches for dragons.
  13. After starting three different games, I have finally beat the game. Victory at last. A well made game if I may say so.
  14. DA. Did all of that Landsmeet stuff now I am back at Redcliffe Castle, to begin the final of the game.
  15. Closed for length.
  16. Here's a mod. But according to that you can only max out at 125 unless you hack your save game. Which is something you can use the tool set for.
  17. ^ Now that would be a cool thing to do.
  18. FATALITY! I win.
  19. My first game I played as a mage but grew board of it. I'm used to being the melee player and not mostly a spell caster. I generally took control of another character like Sten or Alistair and let the AI control my character. My current game I'm more happy with it. Playing as a rogue that specializes in two handed fighting. I probably won't try a warrior since I don't really like the two handed abilities, they are naturally slower in hitting their target. A warrior that specializes in sword and shield isn't very interesting so I would go for two weapon style again. But a rogue is better since they have their rogue abilities. Yes I think I stay with a rogue from now on.
