Maybe Force Scream? He reminds me of Luke in a slightly deformed way. I thought that force scream would have more of a red tint to it...maybe it's the more advanced version of either force confusion or mind trick...that looks like Telos to me...

In one of the pics, that guy looks as if he is casting a DS force power, maybe rage? And another sonic looking wave... Is it me, is it my comp, or does that guy look weird?

If you're a guardian, one or two force powers makes a difference also... Bonuses would be fine...only +2 through the whole game though, I mean after all is said and done, how many do you really need?

I rented it after I saw one of the commercials, and since some other games didn't really appeal to me at that time, I got it; after renting it of course.
