I'm not sure, I have the X-box version but I never really tried to get to it.

The Cheat Node? No not the one that shows up in the dialog. There is a place in the Jek Jek Tar tunnels where you get all the options, it doesn't mess up your game at all.

I don't think that there is a mod to get it, I've never heard of one.

You can't get the Galaxy Droid in K2, but you can get the Cheat Node. It's not as good, or atleast I don't think it is.

Don't play a lot on my PC, but every once in a while I'll bring out my old SNES and play a little Mario, Zelda, Super Star Wars..

I don't really take Bao with me. I use Mandalore and HK both as ranged guys and I go in and hack the crap outa everything that isn't already on the ground.
