IMO, not really. Both games seem pretty similar. Still, you can infiltrate with a sniper rifle. It makes plenty of sense: sniping tower guards and the like. The only problem is inside the sniper starts getting awkward and less useful. Really, I don't see why you couldn't have snipers in the game.

Problem is Miranda was pretty ugly (or at the very least very awkward-looking) in ME2.

Honestly, I don't like Mike's face or his voice acting so far. Still, it's not going to stop me from playing the game.

This just makes waiting a month to get the game worse.

That's still pretty freaking sad. Why? Sniper rifles as a main weapon would just be silly. What kind of spy infiltrates an enemy compound running around with a giant rifle on his back? Assault rifles are pushing it, to be honest. You really lose the feeling of being a badass sniper when you're using it like a slow-firing assault rifle at 100 yards, anyway, which is what you'd end up doing if it were a main weapon. Sniper Rifle in Deus Ex. I rest my case.

You know other shooters just have the blood effect removed when you're not doing any damage to a target? Or they play a blocking sound with no blood but a small puff of smoke or sparks. Sounds better than whatever this red shield looks like.

To be fair, the C-Sec turian isn't as big a douche as he first appears to be. He's probably one of the more reasonable characters in the game.
