  1. You're braver than I. Usually I'm good about taking care of my discs. I'm so afraid of scratches I keep them in their cases.
  2. I know a guy who shaves his legs occasionally. But that's only because he does soccer. Apparently the leg hairs tend to get snagged in the socks they wear. 32, eh? That means I'd raise at least 60...
  3. Yup, AoE 3 here too. Lately, I've also been eyeing the Megaman aniversary collection available for X-Box (and only 20$, too). :">
  4. Oh boy... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Fine... don't believe me... <_< DL <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Sorry...I just couldn't help it. :"> Yeah, bad joke.
  5. Oh boy...
  6. Jodo was driven off these boards by flamethrowers. :D But alas, we cannot be sure. Jodo may still walk among us. I know not who he is, but I have certain evidence that he still exists, going about as an alt-account.... My Moth sense is tingleing...I sense lockage and/or deletion. ^_^
  7. Silence, you.
  8. I'll take it for you. Cute Visas, Sentry. This forum needs more Visas art. (you may just want to rework the shading on her cheeks so it doesn't look like she's puffing them out)
  9. Too some yes. I was never disputing that. Only that they are not universal needs. Which by definition makes them comforts, they make people feel better. Like the blanky example. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well, humans do tend to need a belief. Beliefs are what help give a person identity and purpose. They are not necessary to our very existance, but then again, are ideals also what help make us human?
  10. Obviously not or everyone would follow it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Not necessarily. But my point is that you can apply some of the teachings of the Bible even today. Themes such as not killing, being a good neighbor, helping others, being just, being humble, etc are all found in there. You don't think things like that can apply to the world today?
  11. Actually, a lot of the Bible is older than 2000 years. And would you be referring to its teachings, or the customs it observes? Because I think you'll find a lot of the Bible's teachings and doctrines can be applied to even this day and age. The bible may contain ancient customs and traditions, but it also contains timeless, universal doctrines in how to live.
  12. I'm leaning more toward Kate myself.
  13. Wow...and here I thought this thread was dead! I'm touched. Well, as for my opinions on Kreia, see all my previous posts in this thread. But I'll say a couple things over: Kreia was evil. She had no value for life, treated everyone around her as pawns, and had a selfish motivation for practically everything she did. And she betrayed the one person whom she claimed to love (the exile, of course). And about Jedi and Sith: just because you aren't either doesn't make you neutral. Jedi and Sith are beliefs and orders, not a person's character. So while Kreia may not have been aligned with the Sith anymore, I still found her character to be overall darksided.
  14. Coldplay - Speed of Sound
  15. You must not just obey Uncle Sam. You must love him. Room 101 for all of you.
  16. Now that's creative. It'll be very interesting to see how both turn out.
  17. Well, congrats. So tell me, was the ending awesome or what? ^_^ "
  18. Well, it's already been confirmed that the canon for K1 is LSM Revan. I don't know about gender, but I can almost guarantee the canon in K2 is gonna be LS exile.
  19. Interception...in overtime...why Steelers, why???? :'(
  20. I'm wondering if (assuming they ever make K3) they shouldn't just go with the canonical LS endings for Revan and the exile just to simplify continuation. I mean, if you go with a new PC in K3, you have 4 different character combinations for Revan and the Exile (8 total!). It'd be a writer's hell. I'm thinking maybe they should keep the gender optional but fix the alignment for the two. It'd piss off a number of fans, but it'd make continuation a lot easier.
  21. That's odd, cause usually force-wave worked for me. Then again, my Jedi Master also had force-storm (he had so many force points I could use darkside powers). What type of Jedi build do you have? Try using anything that helps deflect energy. If you have the energy-resist force power, try that. Also, keep using the energy shields, preferably the more powerful ones. Don't be afraid to use stimulants before-hand, either. What I like to do is pause the game while not in combat and activate a whole bunch of stimulants from the menu. Some have also tried running away from the lightsabers and using ranged combat to wipe them out. I know one just used throw-lightsaber the whole time.
  22. In before the lock: Darth Sion. His skin is just hawt.
  23. Haw haw haw.
  24. Did i say we? I meant you <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Better. But don't get me wrong. I'm not mad, I just don't wish for the less-informed members of these boards to start thinking Jodo and I are one and the same.
  25. Back-stabber. <_<
