cbs poll on evolution vs. creationism
Just because double standards exist on both sides doesn't make it okay on either account. And you haven't, from what I can remember. Other members of this board sure have, though. I'm well aware too that some members have done it just to get a rise out of me. But I can tell for sure some are rather serious. And I'm not judging that from this thread alone, either.

Sexiest KOTOR2 character
Yup. And as far as Ice Queens go, she is right at the top. Probably even more than Kreia.

cbs poll on evolution vs. creationism
But he'd never admit it, would he? Oh no, why ruin his good reputation? @julianw: To an extent, it can be gratifying. The double standards and hypocrisy I see coming from these boards and elsewhere concerning Christianity is just sickening, though. Cripes, it makes me want to vomit. I have yet to attack anybody on this board for being an Atheist. Absolutely sickening. But nobody will admit to there being a double standard. It'd compromise their principles. Right, Gabs? *sigh* But then again: "Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness..." I guess it's all good in the end.

Of course not. Slayer knows christianity sucks. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> ^^^ My point exactly. :D

cbs poll on evolution vs. creationism
Slayer: the epitome of religious tolerance and expertise. But of course, they wouldn't dare make a song like that against, say, Hinduism. Or maybe Baley would like to quote more Satanic Bible verses? (he probably will thanks to this post) But then again, according to Baley, Satanism has a higher moral platform then Christianity, doesn't it? Amazing the level of tolerance on these boards, I tell you. The lack of double standards is so gratifying! :D

Post your favourite song lyrics.
Joe Nichols - Tequila Makes her Clothes Fall Off She said: "I’m going out with my girlfriends. "Margharitas at the Holiday Inn." Oh, have mercy, my only thought, Was Tequila makes her clothes fall off. I told her: "Put an extra layer on." I know what happens when she drinks Patron. Her closet's missin' half the things she bought: Yeah, Tequila makes her clothes fall off. She’ll start by kicking out of her shoes, Lose an ear-ring in her drink. Leave her jacket in the bathroom stall: Drop a contact down the sink. Them pantyhose aint gonna last too long, If the DJ puts Bon Jovi on. She might come home in a table cloth: Yeah, Tequila makes her clothes fall off. Oh oh. Instrumental Break. She can handle any champagne brunch: A bridal shower with Bacardi punch. Jello shooters full of Smirnoff, But Tequila makes her clothes fall off. She’ll start by kicking out of her shoes, Lose an ear-ring in her drink. Leave her jacket in the bathroom stall: Drop a contact down the sink. She don’t mean nothin', she's just havin fun. Tomorrow she say: "Oh, what have I done?" Her friends will joke about the stuff she lost: Yeah, Tequila makes her clothes fall off. Oh, Tequila makes her clothes fall off. Oh, Tequila makes her clothes fall off.

Spider-Man 3
As for good actors turning bad, I think we need not look further than Catwoman.

Spider-Man 3
*shudders* Or anything with Keanu in it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> ^_^

Spider-Man 3
Really? I thought the actors actually did a great job, especially the guy who played Norman Osborne/the Green Goblin. You want to see bad acting, just watch Daredevil or The Hulk! But that is only opinion, of course. I still think it was far better than the rest of the recent comic adaptations. The fact that he's my favorite comic book hero may have something to do with it, though. ^_^

Spider-Man 3
Oh, come on. Even you have to admit Spiderman was better than a lot of the attempts to make comics into movies recently. Heck, it's probably better than the bulk of trash Hollywood churns out each year, original ideas included! In my humble opinion, of course. I do agree with you on the originality, though. Hollywood has become so dependant on sequals and remakes it's pathetic. Although I think one reason why is that a popular idea put on the screen might catch more attention and make more money than an idea nobody's heard about before. Example: The Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter. But I'm not saying originality doesn't make money, just that it's probably easier for Hollywood to recycle ideas then create new ones.

Neat... Animated Hellboy.
I think my favorite was "The Chained Coffin and Others." It was a collection of tales, and I thought the stories were all fun to read.

Spider-Man 3
*sigh* Greatness is just lost on some people. :D

(w00t) Sweet! I loved the comics. The movie was good, too. Can't wait to see how it'll turn out.

Whats the worst dark side act you did?
Actually, for me it's easier to play LS in the sense that I can't bring myself to do a lot of the DS acts in the game. I'm well aware that they are all fictional, pixelated characters, but my guilty conscience always tries to get in the way. And it just feels a lot better to help people out instead of being a sadistic as*hole. As a side note, if I play DS again, I intend to let the woman keep her wraid plate. I'll earn DS points some other way.

cbs poll on evolution vs. creationism
I may not have a degree in theology, but I think it's both unfair and very presumptious of you to assume that I haven't studied any other religion, or even looked into my own in depth. Actually, I have studied other religions both in and out of school. I've studied Christianity, Islam, and Judaism, as well as their history in depth. I've also looked into religions like Hinduism, Buddhism, as well as some of the ancient polytheistic religions, and even Satanism. I have read books and articles, watched documentaries, taken classes in school, and even attended lectures. And if it may concern you, I've even studied Biblical Greek so as to understand the New Testament better, since I'm well aware translating languages, especially ancient ones, can lead to misconceptions. I even attend Bible studies on a regular basis. So yes, I have ventured outside the boundaries of my own faith. And yes, there have been times when I've questioned my own faith as well. But I have yet to turn from it, and I doubt I ever will. If anything, my resolve in my own faith has only grown stronger over the years. I would not make statements about my own faith or the faith of others if I knew nothing about them. You seem to unfairly think I haven't looked into my faith or others, but rest assured, I have. And I intend to keep doing so. Since some people are talking about SAT's, I won't give my score, but I will say that I am very satisfied with it (on the new version, of course). :D And is there any reason Tsel keeps writing "God" as "G-D"?

Geez! I'd be a zombie during that test! Surprisingly, I always did better on the verbal section, even though Math has always been my better subject. <_<

When watching movies at home...
Yeaa thats cos you've probably seen it like a billion times, right? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Don't be rediculous. I've seen it way more than that.

Mind your own business, if you don't want to join in the discussion, don't. We are just expressing our beliefs. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> He has a point, though. Nobody's going to convince anybody. And it looks like several people are going to be doing very poorly on reading comprehension when they're finally old enough to take their SATs. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Not to mention threads like these are a magnet for flame-wars. Actually, I did very well on the reading comprehension. :D

Can i kill Atton somehow??
A necessary sacrifice. " I do think some people tend to greatly exaggerate Bastila's 'lectures' as well as Carth's whining. And at least when Bastila lectured you, she didn't do it in the *****, bitchy way Kreia did it. And Kreia lectured you WAY more than Bastila did. And she was ugly, to boot. :D Getting around the language filter isn't allowed... made nice * of it -Battlewookiee

Can i kill Atton somehow??
How could you want to kill Bastila? Nah. Kill off Atton, Disciple, GO-TO, and Hanharr, and Kreia, and K2 will be almost perfect. Pruned out quote of the quote of deleted post -Battlewookiee
