Oh yeah... it's got fps level graphics and completly destroyable terrain. and a physics engine. at least he physics isn't as screwy as say... Myth's (where you blow somthing up with a dwarf and watch the body part fall on the other side of the map.)

I just picked it up again after something like 2 years. SOOOoooooo much rust. I'm better now. We should have Obsidian forum games! Also, anyone played Company of Heros, seriously thinking about getting it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> yup... it's fun as heck... alot of micromanaging your fights :sigh: and the pain curve is very high Pain curve=diff. but sending a sherman with a mine sweeping attachement over infantry is always fun (think lawnmower)

so... is this trying to do rpg style attacks where it rolls on damage and acc even if you're pretty damn sure to have hit them in the head? (like when you place your gun at their eyeball and pull the trigger.. but in rpgs that can sometimes be a kneecap?)

I do like how Hollow points do more damage to people than AP rounds... admittedly I'd somehow doubt that it'd take five AP rounds to kill anything.

that is probably one of the easier missions in the game... you just defend a hill with mg's and at guns for thirty minutes. its really fun when you stop the germans from coming up all routs but one with tank traps and barbed wire... then you have two at guns 2 mg nests and a sniper with artillary supporting on the only way up... the germans die really fast.
