  1. This all depends on how you play Kotor I. Before the game starts, he is obviously evil because of his agressive ambition and indifference towards human life, or a wookie's life for that matter.
  2. I finally realize why guys love SUVs: they resemble tanks!
  3. NOOOOOOOOOO! Cable companies are evil monopolies who charge us for feeding us junk on 90% of the channels. Go for a dish network instead so you at least have some choice.
  4. If the Cavaliers don't hold onto Lebron, then they must be really messed up with their upper management. Congrats to the Spurs and Duncan, though he better fix his free throws if he wants to be called the greatest power forward of all time. He seems to choke on free throws under pressure and just got lucky in game 7 that the Pistons did not take advantage of his biggest weakness.
  5. Why stop at twelve? I'd rather go back to age three when I first started thinking and fix all the mistakes in my life, especially with all those lottery tickets I bought.
  6. I say Spurs win it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Duncan and the Spurs always choke under pressure though, unless Robert Horry and Brent Barry come through with their three-pointers.
  7. Carth and Revan(??????): (In case you are wondering, that is the dude from Office Space.)
  8. A young Carth, possibly before losing his family: (Dedicated to all the Carth fangirls, and Launch especially for handing out cookies and keep us children behave.)
  9. Could you give me the author of the book? I am rereading the Count of Monte Cristo and just realized that it is a very religious book.
  10. Launch - Your skill with paint is still the best!
  11. Robert Horry for Finals MVP!
  12. My little cousin back in China graduated middle school with a top ten class rank, and his parents took him to McDonald for the first time as a reward. And those McDonalds or K.F.C.s are packed with people all the time. I went back last summer and had to wait for empty seats! Maybe they are not exactly considered high class, but they sure are taking over the world.
  13. You are dead on about McDonald being expensive in developing countries. Imagine how exicted I was when I moved to US and saw the price for those combo meals. My weight shot from 180 lb to 220 lb in two months.
  14. Do you know that McDonarlds are considered high class in third world countries? Imagine parents taking kids to McDonalds for their birthdays. How lovely!
  15. Congratulations! Never read any of them, though I heard that the books are much better than the movies. Maybe they are worth a try then.
  16. Give me a double-bladed silver saber, and I will hold it while I sleep.
  17. Sentry - I like your Revan's costume better. The in-game Revan looks like he is from one of those exploring teams to the North Pole.
  18. I see your point. If the Bible can tell us exactly what to do about everything, what is the use for our consciousness? We would simply be robots programmed by the Bible. I think just because you declare God to be your lord does not save you from evils in your heart. Those priests who teaches ethics in public but molest children in privacy are not true Christians or truly religious. It is not the Bible that taught them evil. In fact, without having learned the ethics from the Bible, they might even be more evil.
  19. Revan and Exile can still fight if they have the same alignment. I imagine Exile will find Revan, and Revan will test if the Exile is strong enough to face the true sith.
  20. Additional XP, perhaps? Kreia is good for a bonus on every bit of XP you get... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You mean the force bond that boost both you and Kreia? Is it that helpful?
  21. I never used Kreia much. I mean when you have Visas, Mira, and Handmaiden, why ask an old hag to follow you around? It is disrespectful to the ladies!
  22. Metadigital - The version of Qu'ran I am reading explained that line in the footnotes that of course the body of Christ was crucified on the cross, but Christ's teachings and influence lived on. With around one billion Christians today, I would say: yes, the essence of Christ did not die on the cross.
  23. Darth Flatus - A Muslim friend pointed out this to me as I have not finished the Qu'ran yet, but maybe this can help, it is a debate between some Muslims and Christians: www.answering-christianity.com/earth_rotation_challenge.htm
  24. I just want to point out that the Bible was first written for people at that time. Even though the Bible was declared to be the words of the all-knowing God, it would not explain facts like the science behind volcano erruptions, etc., because who at that time can understand it? If you read the Qu'ran (also called the Final Testament by Muslims, though I would not agree yet), it was written much later than the Bible and much more advanced in its scientific facts. For example, the Qu'ran pointed out that the Earth actually revolves around the Sun way before the European scientists.
  25. Though English is not my native language, I always thought Oxford has the final say on the English languague. [EDIT] Metadigital - If my ignorance of the nature of science has angered you, I sincerely apologize. It is not my intention at all.
