Is this a clumsy effort to push down that Ultimate Cheat thread, Jodo? If so, it is in very poor taste, and I shall see to it that it is bumped first thing in the morning. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> , i'm just saying its annoying that he keeps bumping 7 month old threads <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'm... actually with Jodo on this one. It's getting on my last nerve personally. It clutters up the board with old threads full of question from members who are long gone and will never recieve his answer anyway. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> What's to say others won't find the thread interesting?v Isn't it better than to start up a completely new thread, which is an option so preached against? -

Did you vote for "Game of the Year"
Darth_Schmarth replied to mike12's topic in Computer and Console
Err, yes. What I meant is that I'd like more games that featured a co-op option. Not games in which the only way to play is co-op. Like I need it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You sunk my battleship! -
So uh, why was KOTOR2 rushed?

Mmm, I sense there is much to learn from this one. No, I don't think you would want to learn anything from him. We are enough spammers around here as it is. :D <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I realise now that there was much room for misunderstanding in my post. Therefore I herewith supply a patch to post #141 in this thread, in which I wish to clarify that I do not sense that there is much to learn from the poster known as "jodo kast 5" (his Christian name remains unknown to me; he might even be a she for all I know) in any area I wish to improve on concerning my person. I do, however, sense that there is much to learn from the poster known as "Nartwak" (his Christian name remains unknown to me as well; he might even also be a she for all I know), given his/her insightful comment upon my post. But perhaps your comment stands, in which case I apologise. :D -
Another fascinating turn-baser is dating. Anyone tried it?

I d/l'ed a trailer of a co-op sequence and it seems great. I'm thinking of picking up this title for that feature alone, as I just love co-op. We need more co-op games. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Co-op games are all right as long as I don't have to co-operate. Besides, I lack the patience for multi-playing; I instantly get bored and go "I wanna play SP". You have my personal blessing to flame me now. -
What controller? We were talking about Robes and Armor here. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Rrright. I'm all for robes, but armour I never use.
-
You watch RotJ with a controller? Oh, I get it... Let's play with the old man's head; he's half senile! He won't remember I said anything! Wait, what was this about anyway?

Mmm, I sense there is much to learn from this one. EDIT: This post has been officially patched. See post #143 for further information. -
Luke wasn't a Jedi in RotJ until he confronted Vader. And then if you watch the scene fast enough, he grabs Palpatine's robes and makes off with them screaming "I am now a Jedi! In your FACE Yoda!" <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Sounds like I'll have to practice watching a scene fast.

How is this topic more pointless than any other on these boards? -
I see yer point, but what about Luke in RotJ (and games like JO and JA...)? I say you can be a perfectly ultra-cool Jedi without robes, but some people (including myself) often struggle trying to feel ultra-cool without an ultra-cool robe to go with the overall appearance. And the hood is a deal-breaker!

What are you playing ? (looking forward too)
Darth_Schmarth replied to ShadowPaladin V1.0's topic in Computer and Console
I'm kinda falling back into Europa Universalis II (there is no other game that'll let you kick Europe's a$$ as Sweden in the 1600s), but I also play a very different game a lot these days, namely Geoff Crammond's Grand Prix 4. -
I have changed my mind about marriage.

Apparently a greedy demand, since I've yet to come across one. In fact every strategy game falls into the same trap, which is that of giving the AI cheat bonuses in order to make it competitive. For a history buff playing EU2, fighting a 80000-headed HRE city state army and beating it without much effort isn't all that exciting.

Kotor 3: Ideas and Suggestions

I didn't read 1984, I know what's it about, a part from that....but when I saw things on the link I posted, well come on dude <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well, if you can't be bothered to read one of the seminal philosophical works of the twentieth century, at least read the summary: 1984! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Animal Farm by the same author is a nice warm-up to 1984.
