Let's go to a place where they understand our special kind of love.

Our Friends The Sheep
I didn't mean to get off-topic! I can explain!

I'll call your squirrel...and raise you a dog!
Tough audience tonight. What about my ape-bucket hybrid?

Our Friends The Sheep
Actually, I used to think I was quite punny. I submitted my ten best puns to a local newspaper contest, including one that I thought would surely win. Sadly it didn't, and no pun in ten did.

I believe in being thorough. I also like to provide bang for the buck. And how much can I get for this?

Our Friends The Sheep
Did you hear that someone broke into my local police precint? They stole a toilet and the cops have nothing to go on.

Vampire Game
Here is the simple version. Find out if you forward ports through your firewall.

NVidia Video Drivers
I don't think that has anything to do with ATI vs NVidia as much as buying a card as powerful as X800 Pro in general. If you throw a fast enough GPU at any game you will eliminate lag.

I see your raises, and I raise with my porcupine-dog hybrid!

Our Friends The Sheep
Frank Sinatra had a song called, "I Can't Get You Off My Cloud". In Scotland they thought it was "I Can't Get Macleod Off My Ewe"!

KotoR 3: Ideas and Suggestions
Whomever makes KOTOR:3, it will be Jedi and Sith based because ultimately LucasArts is in charge. It is possible for a Non-Jedi SW RPG, but not KOTOR:3.

But the #1 reason that CRPGs aren't dying...
Console RPGs have been around for quite a while and have been selling well for quite a while. They aren't exactly a brand new trend. I don't see either CRPGs or console RPGs disappearing anytime soon.

But the #1 reason that CRPGs aren't dying...
Like I said, Digital Tome is an indie developer. Here is another. http://www.emogence.com/news.htm They're out there, but you have to look for them.

But the #1 reason that CRPGs aren't dying...
Yep, I'm RPGDot's newest editor.

But the #1 reason that CRPGs aren't dying...
There are ons more, but due a lack of budget you never heard of most of them. Take Digital Tome for example. They decided to sell their title Siege of Avalon in chapters, which didn't work well. Now they're taking Siege of Avalon open source.

OBS-4 Discussion (game and roll call)
The rules seem confusing to some people when they initially read them, but really they aren't bad. They consist mainly of a series of examples. They're cumbersome, but really they make sense.

But the #1 reason that CRPGs aren't dying...
Spiderweb has no advertising budget and doesn't put out a retail box for one. GTA:SA cost 85 million dollars to make. The average game production right now for a commercially-produced game is supposed to be like 5 to 10 million dollars. So self-publishing is not easy. I doubt Feargie has the capital laying around.

OBS-4 Discussion (game and roll call)
I did post the exact entire quote above. That is not paraphrased or editted.

Vampire Game
I was thinking of picking up that same evening as players likely will want to still take actions that evening. We also have time-sensitive elements in play, such as the hunters you have in custody. Eventually someone will notice they are missing.

OBS-4 Discussion (game and roll call)
He didn't say Italy hardly ever wins. He said specifically he can't think of a game where Italy managed to capture two Austrian supply centers in the first year. Read his exact words. Why would someone who has never played or GMed a game make that statement?

NVidia Video Drivers
I've been an ATI person for life, but I switched to NVidia because of the numerous driver problems ATI constantly has. It should be noted that Bloodlines is one of the toughest games to get running properly. And sometimes older games don't work as well with newer cards and drivers. But I had zero problems with NWN on my 6600 GT personally.
