We could use someone who sees the whole trouble as sign that our concept of gender is, well, just a concept, and causes more trouble and confusion than ease live *shrug*- The Music Thread

Doesn't sound good. If his time off allows for a more distanced view on his political opinions, it'll be time well spent No, I hope he comes out of it alright. Shryke: Heh... While your situation is certainly enjoyable in many respects, I hope you won't be known as hooker by the time you get older [edit] I can't find the word I'm looking for, but it should describe a person notorious for sexual reasons. Otoh, why worrying about the future, if the present's good. I know I don't. More robot work today, hoorray- Benchmarking Ubuntu vs. Vista vs. Windows 7
Uh-hm, it doesn't come with them installed - and there's about the same amount of useful/-less stuff for Windows available on the Net. Kind of a non-argument really *shrug*- Where did my DVD drive go?
Cool I'll remember that, as the symptoms are very close indeed, and there's quite a few people that are glad about a hint- Where did my DVD drive go?
Yes, known SecuRom "procedure" Fry paying customer's drives. You might have noticed unusual high CPU usage when using a DVD before it died completely - at this stage, the drive can still be rescued. But your drive is now beyond the point of no return sadly You might want to contact Sblade on the Bio-boards, he seems to know a lot about SecuRom dos and don'ts.- What you did today
Back from Tiamat and 69 Eyes Ava Inferi were unexpectedly good. The 69 Eyes were pretty Rock'n'Roll. Tiamat never sounded so good before (I'd seen them twice before) - perfect mixing, good singing voice and exceptionally good guitar work! Even the pretty but samey songs from Prey delivered, with some serious punch- Farewell
Hell_Kitty, why?... Sad to see you go, Dark_Raven. Be well, and may reality be the way you want it to be.- The Music Thread
Did they use an "electrical curtain" again, some sort of screen they were playing behind at times? Was looking forward to seeing/hearing Gothminister, Novembre, Tiamat and 69 Eyes tomorrow, but the first two have cancelled their show, so it'll be down to the last two. The replacements for the first aren't interesting, but it's going to be cool none the less. I hope. Fields of the Nephilim - Psychonaut Lib III- The Music Thread

Shryke: Nice :D Calax: Hm, sounds intriguing - see to it that you don't feel 'abused' after she marries Well, today, I was responsible for waking my gf one hour late, so she couldn't take a shower and didn't have time for breakfast and still was late for her first lesson this semester :/ If that's not a good start, I don't know what is.- What you did today
The systems are total bs - we have one where you have to get 180 points for a bachelor degree, another 120 for a master's. It put the university totaly off balance when compared to the previous, point-less () system. Just my luck to be the first in the new system and finishing it in minimal time (probably). 140% workload this semester, ahoi! :D- The Music Thread
