Krookie, I don't think anyone is claiming that there's as much contact in baseketball as there is in hockey. For onething, you cna hit other players legally in hockey (ie. nodychecking). Technically, any contact in basketball is considered a foul though louts of 'incidental' contact is let go. "If a guy on the other team is going to score, why can't I just knock him out of the way?" You can only do this in certain specific ways in hockey as well. ie. You cna't just grab a guy and chuck him. You gotta give a clean bodycheck. Of course, one person's definition of clean is likely different from another's.

Anyone who thinks that basketball doesn't have contact obviously has never played, and/or watched. It's supposed to be non contact hence the existence of fouls, free throws, and the concept of 'fouling out'; but it isn't. Sure, some 'fouls' called are of the 'wussy' nature; but others are not. Street basketball can get pretty rough espicially since calling touch fouls is extremely frowned upon.

Nah. I'm happy it did. 'Team of Destiny' my behind. It *almost* makes me want to cheer for the Bears over Manning; but not quite... Sorry, K. If NO wins the SB next year I'll be happy for the team and players. But, thankfully it didn't happen this year. I'm 6-4 in ppredictions this play off. SB Prediction: HERO Manning over CHOKER Urlacher. It'll be a close game; but quite frankly, Manning hasn't even played like Manning yet this play off and his team has won 3 in a row. Now that he has gotten past his arch nemesis, any pressure he feels will be miniscue in comparison. Bears should be proud either way getting this far with a suspect QB though he's played 'okayish' in the play offs thus far.

ME was already scheduled to have downloadable content. This also isn't new for BIO games since NWN1 has had downloadable content for years. They're called premium modules. R00fles! And, yeah, ME looks awesome. Outside of some dialogue system issues; I epxect ME to be way better than either KOTOR. P.S. Great interview, btw. The role-playing sounds pretty darns weet. Better than any piece of crap KOTOR game. That's for sure.

I'm sure what Mr. Sawyer says is no doubt true technically; but it doesn't come across that way while playing the game. And, that's not to say that NWN1's AI wa sperfect. Far from it - espicially when it comes to choosing which spells toc ast; but it seems to be much better than NWN2 (I'm referring to NWN1 w/o expansions; w/ expansions it's no contest). Of course, I presume that NWN2's AI will improve as time goes on espicially when the first expansion pack comses out just before Christmas.

Not really. The Troikian Three left Interplay just as BIS was being formed, IIRC, so I don't think they were officially BIS. Dfeinitely not with any games under their belt. I beleive FO2 was the first official BIS game which the Troikian Three left in the middle of development... So, the Troikian Three and hence Trolkia, was made basiclaly by former Interplayers (as was Obsidian though they were also BISers).
