It's a game. Not real. How can anyone have 'moral' issues over a fantasy game? WOW! But, wow, relihion is THA evil. Kinda surprisjng coming from you as even Mr. Anti Religion Sand doesn't have a problem playing priests because... he knows it's fake and theya rne't even real gods. L0L Anyways... NB2 K7 is the game I'm mostly playing now. It's fun; but it's tickin' me off. The disks for this game ar ehorrible. I alreayd ha dto exchnage one copy, and the second one is getting cracks too. I've never ever had a game that has been cracked. Horrid craftsmanship.

Sometimes, the poll swings the other way. Guess what? the death penalty still doesn't exist in Kanada despite that. Go figure. *shrug*

I would never defend a rapist - of a child or otherwise. However, I don't think it should matter if someone raped a child or an adult. Rape is rape, and it'sw rong. I have no problem with the death penalty for certain instances. This case does not meet my criteria for appropriate death penalty useage. "If that was your daughter would you feel the same way?" Absolutely irrelevant question. Victims are always biased for the most extreme punishment and with good reason and cause. Very few victims actually prefer the perpetrator gets the lightest sentence possible. The crime is heinou no doubt about it, and indefensible; not death penalty worthy. My 'fair' punishment ( nothing really fair because no punishment can make up for the pain the guy caused on the girl or her family) would be life in prison with very little possibility of parole (I beleive everyone should nhave a chance to be released even if it's less than .1%).

It's a form of bigotry because it shows a bias of onlyc aring for one group of people. "Will is demonstrating nationalism." Extreme nationalism tends to lead to bigotry and hatred of other nations. If one feels that ottawa should win simply because it's a Kanadian team; it obviously means that they hate all non Kanadian teams and wnat them to lose simply because they happen to be non Kanadian teams. Can't get much deeper than that because there is no logical reason for my NYR fandom outside of me being a big NY City fanboy depsite never being there. And, they had the MNoose the best player ever when I first seriously got into being a 'hardcore' hockey fan instead of just being kinda interested in it. " How is it different to be a fan of Canadien teams?" Well.. For starters, therer's nothing wrong with being a fan of Kanadian teams. It's why someone is. If your main and only reason for cheering a Kanadian team is because they are Kanadian that, to me, shows bigotry and bias. In contrast, I don't cheer teams simply based on on their city (or country). Even NY teams whose city I'm biased towards. I'm not a fan of the Yanks (don't hate them though), Jets, or even he Knicks anymore despite them hailing from NY. That said, being a bigot over a sports thing is not the worst thing ever; but this idea that one must cheer a Kanadian team simply because it's a Kanadian team is silly. It would be just as utterly ridiculousness if an Amerikan had posted that they wanted Anaheim to win the Cup simply because it's an Amerikan team. As an example. My favorite team is the NYR. I love NY city so let's say if the Rangers had lost to Atlanta, and the NYI had managed to beat Buffalo; I guarnatee you I wouldn't all of asudden start cheering for the Isles to win the cup simply 'cause they are based in NY. That would be bigotry.

Horrible round for me. I shouldn't have gone against Pronger and Neidrmayer who ar eperhaps the best one-two defensive punch ever. So.. so.. dominating. My prediction record is now a more pedestrian 10-4. Anaheim over Ottawa in 7. This is another series that could go either way. A toss up; but that defensive pairing will really make it difficult for the Alfreddson line to do it's stuff. Then again, Ottawa is good enough to win. Hmm..

I think suspesnsion for the rets of this series would have beena cceptable; but I can see why theys ettled on 1 game consideirng the suspesnions they've handed down earlier in the play offs that were much worse.

"Not when Batman Begins, which is a FAR superior superhero film" Nah. BR is an okay movie; but way overrated. It's not even top 10 material. SM1 was a great movie. SM2 was watchable; but overrated. The writing outside the villain was not so good. haven't seen SM3 since I avoid theatres like the plague they are.

I didn't mean Lundqvist sucked. He was good.. sometimes very good. Miller was simply even better.

Tough luck? Nah. It's just another way that Lundqvist got skooled by Miller. That's why Buffalo won. Their goalie played much better in the series. Congrats to Buffalo.

Rangers lose a goal because of a goalie interverence call where the Ramgers barely touches him after being pushed into goalie. Heh. Awesome refereeing in these play offs, NHL!!!
