BG had way more trash encounters than any DA game or hell any 'modern' BIO game. BG2 was definitely better in that regard. DA's combat was pretty much as 'varied' as BG's was.

Why? They only use half the field for the most part and half the time a player is standing around waiting his turn. Soccor can be fun to play but out of the major team sports it is the most boring to play with only baseball close to it in terms of boringness to watch.
