Pennies - obsolete?
I think shopkeepers would just price things at 5.95 instead. But yes, they'll probably resist the loss of those few pennies per sale. Haven't heard anything about the dollar bill. Edit: I wouldn't mind getting rid of all metal coins actually. Even quarters. We have maybe $600 in quarters and we never use them cause they're too heavy to carry around. Maybe plastic coins? I wonder how Americans would react to plastic change.

Pennies - obsolete?
Read this article about the possible future death of the American penny. Mostly, it's kind of an amusing read, especially the little stories about those who saved a million pennies. Plus the amusement of the 'save the penny' crowd in the US. *shakes head* I think some worry about inflation w/out the penny but I don't really see that happening. I know some countries have gotten rid of the bottom value coins, and from my limited knowledge, it hasn't seemed to harm them at all. I know I sure hate getting pennies in my change. If it costs more than a cent to make a penny, why bother. Get rid of them, I say. :D edit: Original link stopped working, changed it.

Best Jedi NPC
I think they're all pretty decent and fairly interchangeable in terms of combat if you level them up properly for the purpose you want them to have (melee/ranged/force). But I still have to go with Disciple and Atton, of course.

How do you prefer your lightsaber?
I seem to remember a discussion once about how a single saber was more Jedi-like, in terms of roleplaying. Which is probably true, but it's just not as pretty in screenshots - no crossover motions and such. :D Two is definitely an advantage w/the extra crystals you can put in etc.

Movies You Have Seen Lately
Ahhh...that's a classic. I really miss westerns like those.

What should kotor 3 have
There's a lot of great suggestions on this question here. Feel free to join in there.

WHAT ARE YOU EATING RIGHT NOW?!
I think pixies freezer is stuffed full of bags of pizza rolls. The banana wasn't enough. I want a salami sandwich, but that means leaving the house.

What's your dream car?
That's an old BMW. Isetta?

How do you prefer your lightsaber?
Two is better than one...at least for me. Mostly, I just like the way it looks better...

What's your dream car?
Don't think I have a dream car, but I also am fond of those Porsches. I also like the 1957 Chevy Corvette. For that matter, I like a lot of older sports cars.

WHAT ARE YOU EATING RIGHT NOW?!
A banana. Wish I had some ice cream to go with it.

SUPERMAN RETURNS!
I'm more for having my patience be rewarded with an active, great 2nd half and ending that makes you realize all the foreshadowing/direction had a good purpose and pulls together to astound. Tho if you're talking about a quick 5 minute 'shocker/action' opening scene, I enjoy those.

TOMBS vol. 6
Holy crow, that brought back memories. I did a quick scan of my post listings and here's what I discovered about myself: I said I'd refuse to touch WoW, but then bought it anyway (I blame a friend of mine...) I use double-hard returns a lot I still wear the same beat up tennis shoes. I use quotation marks for emphasis way too often. Although I think I have cut back on that bad habit a little, lately.

WHAT ARE YOU EATING RIGHT NOW?!
Mmm...pizza. I'm about to go make a chicken sandwich.

SUPERMAN RETURNS!
If that's true then it's opposite of the '78 film, which would be bad, imo. I don't mind a slow beginning to help set the backstory or characters etc. but having it be the other way around is no good...well, I'll try to see this film during the day next week.

KOTOR III: The Moves
While I'd also like some new animations, I'm sensing a bit o' spam...

KOTOR III: The Force
Fair enough question. It's a grey area thing; very specific topic vs. general open discussion. So let's keep it on-topic, please.

click!
Anyway, back @ TrueN, I haven't seen the movie, just a few really long previews. I don't like Sandler much; it doesn't look that different than his usual, probably won't see it.

Heh, it's for internet relay chat. Old habits die hard.

IIRC 'Click' is about a guy who discovers a remote control that lets him control/stop/turn back time or something.
