No surprise for me. The way I see it, imaginary numbers are simply a way to describe two sets of numbers that are related to each other. Time and frequency for time series ("i" appears in the Fourier transform) or position and momentum in Quantum Mechanics, for example. The momentum operator is "i d/dx" and Heisenberg's uncertainty principle shows that position and momentum affect each other, you can't have much precision in one without losing it for the other. Thinking imaginary numbers are bizarre is not much different than thinking negative numbers shouldn't exist just because you can't have "minus three apples" for example. It's just a way to describe numbers in a specific situation, like when you lose three apples, for example. It just happens that imaginary numbers are perpendicular, so in order to get to them you need to "move" half the way you do when you wanna get negative numbers, so i*i=-1 and i is the square root of -1.

The showrunners/writer's only experience is... Star Trek: Into Darkness. And the Tolkien scholar abandoned the production. Sure, this is gonna be great!

JoJo GioGio’s Bizarre Adventure, Golden Wind 1-6 GioGio joins the mafia, drinks some tea and goes on a boat trip. Once again the story is interesting, although apparently not that important. The Wheel of Time episode 7 One of the best episodes so far. The Blood Snow is one of my favorite scenes until now, despite not having as many people as I would expect. Clearly a way to save up some money. I did not see any problem with what happened to Mat, it even felt right considering his personality. Btw, Shohreh Aghdashloo is all but confirmed as Cadsuane? The Witcher Season 2 Now this was great, makes TWoT looks really bad. I haven't read the books, so I don't have problems with book changes. It had plenty of great action scenes and funny moments like The Expanse 6.02 Another solid episode. They are getting the right stuff in the small time they have this season.

Diamond is Unbreakable: the end This season was much more enjoyable than I expected. Just a guy protecting his town from evil Stando users. Sure, nothing more to that. Yes, I have watched the first episode of Golden Wind too. They are dialing up the bizarre stuff, aren’t they? Also, tongues are back! Edit: I had to add "" because that was really dumb of them!

Diamond is unbreakable 18-24 These were pretty good episodes. Some fun, others bizarre and the first confrontation with the villain. Shigechi’s Harvesto is quite powerful, probably fueled by the boy’s ambition and greed. In the Cinderella episode the villain appeared as a suspicious man walking nearby. I though: could he be the “B-berry Pooriti!” guy destroyed by Tomoko in the first episode? He is not, but that would have been funny. This also had one of the most bizarre moments in the entire series so far! A dog survived an encounter with the main villain!
